Great piece, great performance. Has klezmer influences. Neidrich is a fabulous clarinetist, I just wish his glissandi was a bit toned down.

No, it's probably Bb.
As in this video, in the case of the chamber music score, not the orchestra score, it is often notated in c to make it easier for the accompaniment to grasp the music.
