Thank you for mentioning how the dogs are vaccinated and neutered. I haven't had to many dogs in my life because they've all live so long, but they have all been neutered. There are too many homeless and neglected dogs (and cats) in this world as it is. It's wonderful that you and Sonja are taking such good care of these homeless dogs. More people like you are needed in this world!

Looks great. That dog almost looks pregnant. She is so sweet. May be anemic because shes so tired. If she has heart worms then thats why she feels so tired. I pray she overcomes this.

Your attention to details when you groom these poor babies is wonderful. After being a matted mess like she was and now clean and shaved I would love to give her a body rub because she probably hasn't been able to feel her skin in quite awhile and I bet it would feel really good. I hope you feel better soon.

Oh Damjan, not well and stuck without your fiance to help with a bigger dog. You did a magnificent job as per usual in grooming her and getting her into a position of possibly being adopted one day. I hope the heartworm situation can be fixed and she has a nice life but it is sad nothing had been done to help her with the back leg breakage in time. All the very best and I hope you get better very soon.

I love that girl! Good thing she is being rescued! She deserves it!! I knew something was wrong with her leg when you were grooming her. She was ok with everything except her legs. Animals need care just like humans!!

Thank you for the great help that you do to our loyal and best friends. Not only do you groom the dogs well but also have them examined and treated by a Vet. I figured something was wrong with her legs or back end cause she'd let you lift one leg but not the other but I'm sure it won't slow her down any. She was just so tired but still let you make her all pretty. I think rescued dogs make the best dogs. I'm thinking she might be at least part Wheaton terrier?

I am generally surprised at how chubby many of the neglected dogs are...especially the ones living on the street. I would think they'd be somewhat emaciated. The broken/healed leg helps explain the difficulty of her getting her legs, feet and belly groomed. I hope she finds a great home now that you've given her a head start!
