    Chris and I are playing together in a doubles tournament coming up it should be a good time.
    As requested the first camera angle is about 1 foot higher let me know what you think. @2.30 mark it goes to the old lower angle for comparison. Indoor has very limited space but let me know what you think so I can get the height right for upcoming matches.

    For matches over 1 hour your going to want an extra battery:

    I think the best angle is the one you see in TV. Apart from jokes I tried to upload tennis stuff on YT and got the best footage when placing the camera as high as possible but that is rather difficult and depends on things like fences, or tripods. Check it out. Sorry for my bad tennis LoL

      Supercecco85 good stuff and thanks. Yea I’ll throw mine on top of the curtain and see how it goes.

      I dunno, I love when they switch to this angle on TV. I guess I wouldn't want to watch the whole game like this but I think it's great ftmp.

    Your serve has really come a long way. Great body mechanics

      great to hear!!! It has taken a really long time but I am starting to feel like I am using multiple hinge points when building up to hit the ball... I can feel a fluid motion of energy that I don't recall in the years past... it has only taken 10 years of trying it haha

    • @datboijj

      iRacer3 oh I see it clearly. In your Earlier videos it seemed like you were arming it. Now I can clearly see your weight transfer from your legs to your serve bringing you forward. But what I really like is the use of your shoulders. Dropping that left shoulders as you’re about to make contact with the ball which causes you to use your core to increase the pace. Overall great use of body mechanics on your serve.

    Generally seems like higher the better. Is there a way to preview where the camera is pointing and shooting without taking it down, looking in viewfinder, and putting it back up again?

    This is the best angle for me so far. Thank you.

    Try using your QM-1 camera mount for a higher angle, if you still have it. Unless you weren’t happy with the results.

    Nice hitting. I think the higher (first) angle is better.

    This angle looks pretty good, but I think having the camera about a meter higher would be my favorite angle.

    The guy in blue FH is slightly odd. He uses too much arm and not enough of the whole body.

    Yeah. Better than the lower one for sure. I still prefer the higher angle but that’s just me. You’ve got the talent and wherewithal to show your skills so you do it the way you like. But yes, this is a better angle than the previous ones. Thanks for sharing👍🏻😃‼️

    As for showing doubles I think using an even higher angle might be better (top of fence) to be better able to see all players.

    • @iRacer3
      @iRacer3  5 років тому

      good call.. yea and maybe even use the gopro again for that... gopro quality is reallly bad compared to the 4k camera but if super wide angle is needed.. meh

      Akbar thanks, yes indeed. Max height for tripod.

  • @EP-336
    @EP-336 5 років тому

    Head height or close to it is slightly better just because you can see the opposite court a little better. If you’re doing multi camera setups this one is good for capturing highlights of the player in the near court.
