I think you are misinformed about pregnancy leaves. Pregnancy leaves are granted after Baby delivery Not Before That..
Or if anyone wants to avail those leave before that then they won't be getting leaves after delivery then it's your choice.
anyway eralier also women used to do work in field while they were pregnant so. I think driving is a very small thing

Aise mere ko Itni Fikar Hogi to main uske liye Khud chhodane Jaunga Roj Nahin to main uske liye cab kara Dunga parmanent jab tak vah pregnant hai

we stay in a place where the cab system is not popular and She is a independant women so she decided to go by herself then who am i to intervene in her decision. Remember brother women is stranger than men in terms of pain toralance. But yes there was a problem with the Seatbelt then i bought her this solution.
i don't want her to be dependant on anyone. But yes whenever she needed my help i will always be present.
