Jove Space, as far as we know, has never been visited by a non CCP player. The guess that section of EVE is for DEV testing and Bug Busting has always been the theory. Some have claimed they were able to jump to Jove Space when they saw a Cyno pop up, but I think that was a myth.
You'd have to be in fleet with the cyno so I agree, likely myth form somebody wanting cool points imo
Catia Sae is the only one that has been as a reward for being the first player to visit every system in Eve but only one of the systems I think from memory
I tried exploration, but I never find anything good. What are some of the items that are worth selling?
Well, we are gonna make it look good lol. It depends what you go looking for to be honest. Data sites for blueprints and Relic sites for circuits etc. Everything else is for visuals or loot drops.
