    చాలా చాలా మంచి వివరాలు యిచ్చారు సార్, జెన్యూనేగా ఫామ్ లాండ్స్ డెవలప్ చేస్తే వాళ్ళ ను మనం దేవునిగా భావించవచ్చు, కానీ ప్రస్తుతం చట్టాలను గాని, రాజకీయ నాయకులను గాని, ఒకవేళ కాకూడనిధి ఏదయినా జరిగితే న్యాయం జరుగుతుందనే నమ్మకం కూడా లేదు. ఫామ్ లాండ్ లో చట్ట పరిధిలో వున్నా కూడా అవి చట్ట వ్యతిరేకంగా ప్రచారం నడవనే నమ్మకం లేదు, కాబట్టి వాళ్ళీదో చెట్లను పెంచు తాము అందులో మీకు షేర్ యిస్తాం అనే దానిలో ఎంత నమ్మకం ఉన్నదో మనం చెప్పలేము. కనీసం మన లాండ్ మనకు దక్కి ఎంతో కొంత లాండ్ విలువ పెరిగితే అదే పది కొట్లుగా భావించాలి . మీకు నా ధన్యవాదములు.

    Ma family farm land konnaru kani naku nachaledu. Company register cheyakunda direct farmer nundi konnatu register chesaru. Company only agreement icharu that they will maintain. 10 yrs lopu anni ammukoni paripothey evarini adagali farm lands antha bogus fake. Its a trap for customers.

    My friend bought plots in a NALA converted farmland. But he is unable to build a farmhouse there. The reason is it is a conservation land. Please clarify what is a conservation land and it's limitations.

    As per memo, dated 09.07.2021, only 20 guntas should be registered, but there are few developers registering 5 guntas as well, are they genuine? Will there be any problem if we go for those kind of farm lands ? Please let us know

      Yes, 20 guntas should be registered, but as of now all developers selling from 1 gunta onwards and there is no problem till now. But if you go for Farm land try to buy atleast 10 guntas + then your investment will be good.
