Graham Jarvis Wins British Extreme Enduro | Round 1 Tong | 2019

- British Extreme Enduro championship kicked off this weekend at the Parkwood Off Road Centre, Tong, Bradford. Having Graham Jarvis, Jonny Walker, Paul Bolton, Travis Teasdale and William Hoare at the line-up was enough excitement to the enduro enthusiasts who gathered up there in a chilly British morning.
The race run in two sessions and the P.M. session had all the heat at the excitement department. Jonny Walker had a good start and pushed really hard while he is still strong but having Graham Jarvis up his tail since the start it was only a matter of time loss. After e few laps Walker had slow pit stop and that moment Jarvis took the lead over and kept it till the finish flag. Walker had tried to catch but it wasn’t an easy job, he finished P2.
Paul Bolton on the other hand had a fairly good start but only after a minute a crash dropped him almost to the last in the Championship class. Then after he had his rhythm and covered enough to finish by completing the weekend’s podium for the day, P3.
Eurutek KTM’s new rider Travis Teasdale finished the day P4.

i used to do that type of extreme riding in canada with a 2001 yamaha wr250F...nothing worse than exerting energy trying to kickstart your bike after having to pull it out of mud pools... i was in the best shape of my life but soon afterwards invested in a bike with an electronic starter... lol ... footage here brought back nostalgic memories!

One year ago I had both hips replaced and wasn't able to ride for the pain wouldn't allow me to. Im back on the saddle and cant wait to hit the trails... these guys motivate me

here in phil. bike cost like a car thats why you dont see any like this race but we have a drag race for underbone moto
Its a very expensive to have such bike like ktm, husqvarna, gasgas, beta, sherco that are prime players bike in enduro, its cost 4x thats why only rich that loves dirtbikes have those, use for trail riding.
We love enduro motorcycling but not in a sense like in Europe and USA.
there were many Filipinos who'd love this sports but only capable of buying china's bikes or we built on our own using upgraded engine of a roadbike.

There are a lot of dirtbikes especially when you come to Davao city, my friend is using ktm300xcw, 6days and yz250. They do trail only during weekends.

Agree! Don't use too many transitions, and know when to use them! Just using lots of them doesn't automatically make the video better, it makes it worse!

From the perspective of someone who stayed away from enduro for quite a long time, this appears weird. Why bother riding a trial zone with a bike that wasn't made for that ? You see these talented pilots pushing, sweating, ruining their bikes. More than often, they just walk along their bike and push it over an obstacle. I would be more interested if they were riding places that necessitated serious skills but were still rideable. That doens't make sense to me. What's the next step ? Supercross with a trial bike ? But of course, that's just me. No problem with those enjoying it !

That certainly wasn't enduro when I did it. Albeit about fifteen years ago but if it was like that I wouldn't have done that. The mortgage has to be paid,too risky nowadays.

These type of riders have become so good, they have to make it damn near impossible to get comfortable and make it easy. This is not your dads( or mine ) ole school enduro riding/ racing.

Funny how when you're following someone else and see them do it and know it's possible, you find yourself doing stuff you wouldn't ordinarily do if you were alone. I tried the husky motorcycle back in the 70`s didn't have any luck. I know it was me but that being said they had a short swinging arm and you couldn't keep the front end on the ground. I know they are the choice of a lot of top riders. I always enjoyed riding but not with the front wheel in the air. My opion only don't hate me.🤣🤣😆😆😂🤣🤣
