That's so sad that you're going to post about someone thats in nursing home (where they go to die) struggling with mental disabilities. That person probably didn't know what they were doing. My grandmother was in a nursing home and didn't know the difference between an orange and a sky. This is a terrible comment to make fun of these old people that can't remember much. They've lived like Vikings and like royalty from the 1700's, and like peasants in the middle ages and middle class families in the 70's. Instead of using mayonnaise for the cranberry candles try whipped cream. I've never tried it with cranberry sauce but for every Thanksgiving/Christmas I make what I call 'The Green Stuff' which includes Lime Jell-O whipped cream and sometimes chopped up fruit and it's quite good! :D You can find many different recipes online but NEVER use mayonnaise because that's just nasty.
you should try a ' Fijian Cabonara'. A recipe my mum made in the 80's while living in Suva, Fiji. It had pasta... tinned sausages... condensed milk... garlic... boxed Kraft cheese. For fancy times, she would swap out the frankfurts for Spam. We had no access to fresh milk or ham/bacon or non plastic cheese. It was disgusting, just vomit worthy.. and still to this day, I crave it. I sometimes make my own version.. pkt of Continental Cabonara pasta pack and put chopped tinned sausages in it.
