I'm getting pretty frustrated from what i've heard so far, these SRS scanners only reset 94 and up I hit a pothole BAD on the highway and the SRS started flashing. Please, someone tell me WILL THIS SCANNER RESET THE SRS LIGHT/CODES ON A 1993 E36 325i?
I just got this to work on my 98 328i. Cleared my codes and all is good. I was also getting the E10 and E11 at first. However, I then realized I did not have the round connector inserted all the way. Used the connector under the hood. I also had my key turned forward without the car running. Hope this helps.
Its a miracle if this shit works on your car mine does not remove the light . Bmw m3 99 no good ... tryed alot of times to reset it blinks and comes back on smh?
@cabdolla it's definitely something triggering it . tryed both plugs many times kinda gave up ?... I might try the under the seat bypass tool module maybe that might work but all indicators and codes point at the passenger seat all the way through ... Thanks for the response 👍
should work, my audio took a shit on my camera :( I got it on ebay from Taiwan. It was dirt cheap, like $30 shipped. They say all cars it works on in the ebay listing.
scott mccarthy I think you need to use the round connector in the engine bay. I believe the OBD-1 cars have it there too. I have the airbag tool if you want to buy it I can ship it to you. I no longer have my e36

What did u do at the end? I have 01, 13 coming up which says its a lamp fault so how do i reset it? Keep pressing reset but it doesnt work

Maybe it’s not the tool but you have something that keeps triggering the airbag light that’s malfunctioning

Could be the wires under the passenger seat stretching when you move the seat

@@cabdolla should there be airbag sensor under drivers side seat and the wire 95 e36 compact can't see any wire or sensor
