Here's how I modified the recipe: 1) since I didn't know what type of oats, so I used half instant, half rolled oats -- turned out having a good texture. 2) when everything was mixed, it was too runny so I added 1/4 c of oats -- the baked result was just right, not wet or dry. 3) used brown sugar instead of white. 4) incorporated some chopped apple and raisins into the mix (not just on top) . 5) added cinnamon. That's it, it's really a good dish, say for breakfast, straight out of the oven. Thank you for sharing!
I made this but added sweet dark cherries instead of berries, and pecans. I also tossed in seeds for added fiber and protein. This recipe is a keeper -- thank you!

For a vegan version a chef can use plant base milk and flax meal with water for egg substitute. Take 1 TBSP of ground flax meal to 3 TBSP of water 💧- let it sit for 5 minutes. This formula equals 1 egg.

it is delucious,I can say it because i have been doing this recipe for months,but in my recipe I butter the base,add a spoonful of brown sugar and then add the diced apple and the berries, then I place the cake upside down with a caramelized fruity top,it is delucious,plus,it allows the cake to rise a little bit more. I have to convert the grams and wonder if you measured by volume or weight? Americans tend to measure by volume and the English by weight and this video comes from Europe I think. By weight for the oatmeal and volume for the milk?

Hi, you mentioned there's english subtitles, but what good does this do, when for oats it states 200g & milk as 400ml, what the heck is 200 g's & 400 ml's mean, i'm guessing it's 2 cups oats & 2 cups of milk, wow so confusing.
Делаю такое. Получается легко и вкусно. Если овсянка 1-3-х минутная, она сможет размокнуть в тесте, а если 15-20-ти минутная, то надо её - сухую - измельчить в блендере, иначе выйдет невкусно: хлопья будут ощущаться в пироге, а если подсохнут - и вовсе будут напоминать ДСП :)

@@olunalrn4924 just taken mine out of the oven. I cooked mine at 180⁰C and because l used frozen fruit and a smaller dish it needed about 1 hour. I didn't put oil on top AND I forgot the butter. Seems ok.

Я использовала хлопья быстрого приготовления,не требующие варки,тесто присыпала корицей,яблоко очистила,натерла на слайсы,посыпала тросниковым сахаром,получился румяный пирог. I made this 2 days ago and I have one baking in the oven right now. It was a hit with all my kids the first time and they are picky eaters. I made some modifications the first time. I didn't have any fruits in the house so I sub'd the apple and blueberry for almonds and choco chips. today, i used apples, raspberries and almonds hopefully it will still be delish. I write guided meditations professionally and have had the privilege of presenting them at some of the most wonderful spas in the country. But when I’m stressed out I love to watch these videos! I find them mesmerizing and so calming! I eat oatmeal every single morning & I can’t wait to try this recipe. I’ll probably add cinnamon, leave out the sugar & butter & use parchment paper to line the pan, but it looks so yummy! I think it would be amazing to keep a few squares frozen and defrost in the fridge the night before I need a grab and go breakfast. A quick zap in the microwave & it would be perfect… we could even wrap them up and take them on hikes w a thermos of hot coffee for a breakfast picnic! Pre 2010 I owned a spa & quite a few of my clients knew I meditated & and had training in the practice & asked me if I could teach them to meditate. I had enough interest from clients that I decided to offer guided meditation at my spa. I’d created all my own spa treatments and products so, of course, I decided to create my own meditations! I’ve also done a lot of writing and truly love the creative process! From this little seed of an idea - writing a few guided meditations for my clients - I was swept away by inspiration and I created my own system of guided meditations. I was so inspired it led me to close my spa and peruse the meditations full time. I tried them out on focus groups and when I got them to a level that I - and the audiences - felt really good about, I started cold calling and marketing myself. I landed an “audition” at a luxury spa & was hired as a long term regular presenter. The reputation of that spa opened doors for me at others. Although there is no certification requirement for meditation, I did get certified so I could teach meditation to a class as well as teach others to become meditation teachers. Now, because we’ve lived in France since 2017 (I have no work visa) I’ve been posting meditations on UA-cam rather than doing them live. I do look forward to returning home so I can do my meditations again! So that was my journey! To me, it sounds as though you have enough experience with meditation to just start writing your own! Follow your imagination and your intuition, just like you said! I’m also a yoga instructor and creating my yoga classes follows a very similar structure. It’s the intro, the warm up, the body of the practice, the cool down, and the exit. It’s the exact same with meditation. Use your favorite affirmations. Your favorite breathing techniques. In the beginning, I wrote my own music to go with the meditations (some of that is on my older meditations here on YT!) but now there is so much music available!! This turned out great! For US conversion, I used 2.75 cups oatmeal, slightly under 1 2/3 cup milk, 2 eggs, 3 Tablespoons sugar (I used Monk Fruit Sugar), .75 Tablespoons baking powder, dash salt,3/4 cup blueberries, 1 apple, & also added a few raspberries. You could really add any fruit you would like. Very pleased with the end result! Oh, and I baked at 355 degrees for 45 minutes.

I made this today, thanks so much for the recipe! The texture is quite gooey and a bit rubbery, but I didn't mind at all. I added some vanilla extract and cinnamon and used dark brown sugar which I am glad I did as the 'dough' alone would otherwise not have much flavour. I'd also recommend going a bit heavier on the fruit :) Overall a nice, relatively healthy thing to snack on.

I like it! I think it will be very easy to substitute the fruity bits for variety and add a generous portion of cinnamon., as well as using a muffin tin for portable portions. I have no problem converting to US measurements. I'll just use my kitchen scales. Thank you very much! I also think I'll try using honey instead because, well . . . I just don't buy sugar. :D

It would be easier if they showed measurements by the cup, etc. as we don’t use the metric system here

Yo hago galletas o tortitas de avena solo rallando varias manzanas, añado harina de avena, un poco de aceite de oliva, canela y amaso hasta que la masa tenga un poco de consistencia. Formo las galletas y las meto en el horno a 200º unos veinte minutos. O bien hago tortitas y las hago en una sarten untada con aceite y bien caliente. Salen dulces por las manzanas aunque si te gusta mas dulce, añade un poco de miel por encima

I made this 2 days ago and I have one baking in the oven right now. It was a hit with all my kids the first time and they are picky eaters. I made some modifications the first time. I didn't have any fruits in the house so I sub'd the apple and blueberry for almonds and choco chips. today, i used apples, raspberries and almonds hopefully it will still be delish. This is a keeper. Thanks

I write guided meditations professionally and have had the privilege of presenting them at some of the most wonderful spas in the country. But when I’m stressed out I love to watch these videos! I find them mesmerizing and so calming! I eat oatmeal every single morning & I can’t wait to try this recipe. I’ll probably add cinnamon, leave out the sugar & butter & use parchment paper to line the pan, but it looks so yummy! I think it would be amazing to keep a few squares frozen and defrost in the fridge the night before I need a grab and go breakfast. A quick zap in the microwave & it would be perfect… we could even wrap them up and take them on hikes w a thermos of hot coffee for a breakfast picnic! Thank you so much for these wonderful meditations.. um, I mean videos! 😉 I love them! ☺️

@@mabuhayPinay hello! Thanks for the question! I’ve been in the holistic wellness field for over 25 years. Pre 2010 I owned a spa & quite a few of my clients knew I meditated & and had training in the practice & asked me if I could teach them to meditate. I had enough interest from clients that I decided to offer guided meditation at my spa. I’d created all my own spa treatments and products so, of course, I decided to create my own meditations! I’ve also done a lot of writing and truly love the creative process! From this little seed of an idea - writing a few guided meditations for my clients - I was swept away by inspiration and I created my own system of guided meditations. I was so inspired it led me to close my spa and peruse the meditations full time. I tried them out on focus groups and when I got them to a level that I - and the audiences - felt really good about, I started cold calling and marketing myself. I landed an “audition” at a luxury spa & was hired as a long term regular presenter. The reputation of that spa opened doors for me at others. Although there is no certification requirement for meditation, I did get certified so I could teach meditation to a class as well as teach others to become meditation teachers. Now, because we’ve lived in France since 2017 (I have no work visa) I’ve been posting meditations on UA-cam rather than doing them live. I do look forward to returning home so I can do my meditations again! So that was my journey! To me, it sounds as though you have enough experience with meditation to just start writing your own! Follow your imagination and your intuition, just like you said! I’m also a yoga instructor and creating my yoga classes follows a very similar structure. It’s the intro, the warm up, the body of the practice, the cool down, and the exit. It’s the exact same with meditation. Use your favorite affirmations. Your favorite breathing techniques. In the beginning, I wrote my own music to go with the meditations (some of that is on my older meditations here on YT!) but now there is so much music available!! If you have an affinity for this, you’ll know intuitively which music/sounds best accompanies each meditation. You can do it! Will you be posting on UA-cam? Do you have a channel? ✨🦋✨ Amie

I am wondering I can use almond milk and an egg replacer for this. I love oatmeal so I may try it to see how it worrks out.
This turned out great! For US conversion, I used 2.75 cups oatmeal, slightly under 1 2/3 cup milk, 2 eggs, 3 Tablespoons sugar (I used Monk Fruit Sugar), .75 Tablespoons baking powder, dash salt,3/4 cup blueberries, 1 apple, & also added a few raspberries. You could really add any fruit you would like. Very pleased with the end result!
Oh, and I baked at 355 degrees for 45 minutes.

I made this today, thanks so much for the recipe! The texture is quite gooey and a bit rubbery, but I didn't mind at all. I added some vanilla extract and cinnamon and used dark brown sugar which I am glad I did as the 'dough' alone would otherwise not have much flavour. I'd also recommend going a bit heavier on the fruit :) Overall a nice, relatively healthy thing to snack on.
Thanks for the tips, do you think it is a good idea to add extra ferment?

Der beste diätkuchen den ich je hatte ‼️dazu noch gesund❣ ich habe den Zucker zur Hälfte ausgetauscht- ein bisschen mehr Äpfel dran getan -auch mehr Heidelbeeren -ich habe 50 g von den Haferflocken fein gemahlen- die Äpfel auch in Zitrone gewälzt- man sollte die Eier vorher aus dem Kühlschrank holen - mein Backofen braucht länger ich hatte den Kuchen eine Stunde 10 Minuten drin🤷♀️

I like it! I think it will be very easy to substitute the fruity bits for variety and add a generous portion of cinnamon., as well as using a muffin tin for portable portions. I have no problem converting to US measurements. I'll just use my kitchen scales. Thank you very much! I also think I'll try using honey instead because, well . . . I just don't buy sugar. :D
