But one day, quite recently actually, my friend gave me some great advice, and I solved it. I will never ever forget that solve. It felt like the world slowed down. But then i was HOOKED. I know 4x4 has parity, but still. I also may be very slow, but i LOVE it.
I got a 3x3 this summer, told my dad I liked it, he continued to buy me 2x2, 3x3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, surprisingly, this summer break I managed to solve them all
My guess is that he either handed them to someone who knew how to solve them once he realized he couldn't, so he could have the solved cube for displaying, or he got a second one to show them solved/in their original state on video (well, except for the sudoku one lol), as it would be difficult to explain how bad the deformation is compared to the solved state in cubes that lose their shape when scrambled (for example a scrambled sun cube looks like a glitching lego structure more than a cube)
Don’t be scared, it’s just a 3x3! It wasted 4 hours of my life in my first try, but it’s definitely possible for anyone who knows how to solve variables of 3x3, just confusing.
@@Friendly_Neighborhood_Chicken I actually figured out how to solve it after a few days but after I've solved the white side I need the instructions to remember which algorthrim to use and even then I sometimes go round in circles or make a wrong move and accidently scramble it again.
puppet cube is still a 3x3 though, just with restrictions, so it still uses 3x3 knowledge. On the other hand. things like the sun cube are completely different to a 3x3 once they get into the nasty morphing, specially the 45 degree increments.
@rmg480 puppet cube is hardest bro, it's not just 3×3, it is also 2×2 + 3×3 + Rotation Restriction and in sun cube there's no rotation Restriction and not any inner cube so it decreases it's difficulty compared to puppet cube

The 1x1 has no unsolved states, making it impossible to bring back to a solved state from an unsolved state, making the puzzle physically impossible to ever solve.
Don't know if you are being genuine or sarcastic but because it's solvable is why cubers have made a funny joke about it being hard/impossible to solve.
I wanted to buy a 1×1 for novelty value, but they were asking the price of an actual puzzle with moving parts. I'm not paying $10 for a one inch plastic cube.
As a beginner, when it comes to cubing, I have the gear pyraminx and broke a piece of it, but I think it's still solvable. But I don't think I will ever be able to solve it 😢

In order to solve a cube, it must first be scrambled. Because the 1x1 can never be scrambled, it therefore also cannot be solved.

Accidentally dropped mine and the center caps popped off, I now have no clue which orientation they were in so it lives unsolved.

I recent got a 2x2 cube thinking it'd be simpler than a standard rubiks cube. Spoilers it's not.
It is, though. It's not *much* simpler, but it is simpler.
How is it not simpler? It was literally created to be simpler. It has less squares, needs less moves. The only thing easier than that is the 1 by 1.
it is so much simpler, you can use your 3x3 algorithms to solve it. Just treat every piece like a 3x3 corner and you’ll be fine.

The mix up cube is a "mix up" of a normal 3x3 rubik's cube and a cutter cube. While the sun cube is a fisher cutter cube.

To solve a 1by1 rubix cube you have to just drop it on the table. Hope this helps.😊
