Bank takes your deposit and geta a better deal on trade with Fed "effectively charging the depositor" I can have solar panels and still get charged "gas tax" on exchanges. banks use your deposit to "lend" in form of credit lines, which is the reason FTX failed.... Banks trade on leverage but the best news Bitcoin and Ethereum got recently was ETFs... in short everything you argue as a negative in Banks is what you want to structure with a different medium
I am 57 and 2008 to 2015 left a deep scar on me. I find it ironic that I have trouble explaining the importance of web 3.0, crypto, Blockchain to suburbanites who are college grads and of the same age bracket as the Bank less hosts.
