Mexicans have no difficulty selling churros and tamales from push carts in bad areas of the city. I didn't realize anybody cared about homemade food here.
Too bad we're natural born citizens and the law applies to us. If we had come here illegally we would get free housing, free food, free laundry and 10,000$ debit cards, along with an endless list of free things, and the law wouldn't apply to us so we could sell whatever we wanted wherever we wanted to.
You can doesn't matter if your renting. You can get your apartment kitchen certified as a commercial kitchen I believe if you want to cook real food and sell it.
