I think Boogie is in more trouble than he knows. First, he incited the situation by daring him to come to his property. Second, he elevated the situation and brandished a firearm. Third, he recklessly discharged the firearm in a residential area. If someone decides to press charges or an LEO that has a problem with Boogie decides to push the issue. Then Boogie could be doing 5 years and have a felony record just like Kyle Duke.

The program Stern used in the 90s for joke writing during the show was Lotus Notes. And Artie has said that he tried to write for Howard at first but it didn't work so Howard took Artie aside and told him to just tell the jokes himself and Howard kept Artie's mic on almost all of the time (with the exception of the last year or so when Artie was a mess and interrupting a lot) which Howard didn't do for anyone else except Robin.
And Artie might've only got around a million a year (the figure I remember was like 850k) he was able to sell out larger venues so Artie really made a ton more on stand up.
