Dude, thats amazing! I plan to buy a Tonerre Grey Alpine with brown interior and do exactly the same, except I wanna keep the awesome throwback diamond pattern in the sides. And since I want to put on black wheels and logos on the outside, I might also paint the seat inserts black... Anyway, thanks for showing me how cool this will look. And for answering the questions in the comments!
I love my pure - black in colour, upgraded brakes, sports exhaust, mirror pack, rear view cam, storage pack - always a fun drive, you can use 100% and yes not feel like you are way out of depth. - thanks for the great review and comments - cheers from Brisbane
I actually regret the storage pack. I never use it and the leather makes a ticking sound as leather against leather rubs together slightly just next to my ear lol
Great work! I'm planning a similar project with mine but I still want to keep the heated comforts for winter. Other than the fault codes how long did it take to switcheroo? I wonder if the new ones can be 'registered' somehow so it doesn't give you the grief every time. ..Possibly a crazy idea.
When I buy an Alpine I'll be using it as a daily, parking up to half a dozen times per day in various spaces. Would you say a parking camera is essential, or rear sensors will be enough?
No other plans. If I really find the car is getting stale in my eyes, I may upgrade to the Life110 suspension. I've driven an S and I did find it a lot more capable, but this car isn't about how capable it is, it's about how fun it is so I'm more inclined to leave the car as is.
@@fullyplantd totally agree with all of this. Picking up a Legende GT this weekend and can’t wait! Every time I drive the car it blows me away with its agility and ‘tuned in’ feeling without sacrificing comfort. Life110 geometry/suspension is said to be spot on but it really is like polishing an already polished boot! Enjoy the car!!
Wow - beginning to think this may be a real possibility for my 2019 Legende. Mine’s been Life110’d for the road, chiefly to get the extra beans and Nms along with the progressive springs etc., so that there’s the same wonderful ride quality with a bit more feel. But I really like your tan seats! Given a choice between say, spending a lot more on a rear spoiler or coilovers, c£1,600 on some re-trimmed seats sounds almost like a bargain. Well done.
@@charlesdehaan5338 Do you have Instagram? Drop me a DM at @alex.jobling I'll have to explain the situation with the tan colour, as I said in the video what I ordered from samples and what came out were very different.

I'm glad your uploading again, I love your videos 2 years ago. So useful!
Thank you, helped me pick the right car :)

Stunning car - any plans for other mods? Keep up the awesome content!

@@tobes4764 Thanks. You do NEED to get the Life110 geo though. It transformed my car
@@fullyplantd Noted 👍👍👍
Did you source the Pure seats directly from Alpine?
I got them off eBay. They range from £500 - £1200 each depending on how patient you are. They don't come up often.
Alternatively(!), can you pass on the contact details of the company that re-trimmed them?
Nice seats, what was the weight as the Alpine is all about weight 😁
The new seats only took one hand to carry, where as the old seats needed two people!! The new seats only weigh 13kg
What did it cost to retrim your bucket seats in the tan Alcantara?
£995+VAT for the re-trim and £380 for the material.

OK, you’ve convinced me: who do I contact about re-trimming my seats? Thanks in advance, C
