Great Video! Have owned a Trike for almost four years now and have heard and been told some of the same things. Love your take on those comments. Had to Subscribe. Ride on! 🤙🏼
Great video - thanks for sharing. I rode an Ultra Classics for many years. At age 71, I decided to go to 3 wheels for my own safety. I love to get my knees in the breeze and I'm now 75 years old and love my 2016 Freewheeler. I don't really give a sh*t what others think about it, at least I can keep riding.
@@sandmanrides4318 I'm 24, and I want to ride but I have a balance issue. Both my inner ears are messed up, due to some head damage and an insane amount of painful ear infections I used to get as a child. and I lose my balance occasionally even when I'm walking, I sometimes get vertigo randomly, giving me moments of dizzy spells. Other than that, I am a perfectly healthy individual with no handicap issues. I've tried so hard to learn to ride on two wheels and I could never be able to do it. I still want to ride. I saw that the best option for me was to look into a trike. I have NO riding experience and I want to start. I'm sure everyone will look at me differently since I'm a young guy on a trike, but I don't care because they don't know me. I feel that riding should be about freedom and not caring what others think about you. I plan to someday get my trike and ride across America on it. I'm from Utah and I plan on riding all the way to Maine, going down to the southern states, and back to Utah. I want to get the Harley Freewheeler, I love the look of it! I like that old classic look without the fairing on motorcycles which is what brought my attention to the Freewheeler. The only thing I need to do is save up enough money or build my credit score up (which is at a good number) in order to take out a bank loan to put a down payment on my trike.
I just got my first bike, 2023 RG3, I'm short, older! I am not sitting home playing old, I want to ride with my friends, not on the back, I'm learning at 60 to ride! My bike is beautiful and intimidating. Today is my second learning day, it's a great workout for me This old lady growing old having fun!
I don't give a SHIT what some other clown thinks . They do them and I do me. I guess it makes you less of a man, or less macho in thier mind cause your not on 2 wheels. Non of thier damn business why I ride what ride. Nuff said !!
Well stated, Brother. As a 77 year old disabled combat vet, it came down to two choices for me; quit riding or trike it out. I was not/am not ready to quit riding. My Goldwing trike has taken us from Yellowstone to Key West, to Gettysburg, to every backroad in Colorado. Knees in the breeze is the purpose of the exercise. And, just for the record, I do miss leaning in the curves. Also, when I rev up the 'Wing in the tunnels, nobody notices.....but me. Ride SAFE and keep on bikin'.
Amen! As we get older our balance may attrit, in addition the meds we take can affect our balance. My Doc recommended I sell my Heritage due to dizzy spells. Well I got better and much to my wife’s irritation I am ready to get back on the road and am looking at an Ultra. And two, or three wheels ride what u like. If you are the type that cares about what other people think- well you most likely would not buy a bike in the first place. I hope you enjoyed your trip to Gettysburg. I live a short hop from the town and it is a great biker’s destination. Tons of weekend bikers in the summer.
As you get older you will find that Riding 2 up taking a trip gets harder each year. For us the trike enabled us to keep riding. I’m running into more and more riders who have switched to trikes.
Never learned to ride a bike as a child, so a 2-wheeler was not an option I wanted to consider at 60 years old-a trike seemed doable and fun. So, I took a class and bought a 2022 Can Am Sea-to Sky Spyder. I LOVE IT! And I love your video…thanks! 💜
@@sandmanrides4318 Welcome to the Sea To Sky Spyder club. Have you ever had the chance to drive on the Sea To Sky highway (highway 99) in British Columbia Canada?
I am 66 years young and have every endorsement possible on my class A CDL. I've been riding bikes since I was about 12 years old. My first bike was a Honda 50cc (full size bike) that we used to ride through the woods around home. After cancer took it's toll and I lost the strength to hold up a 2 wheeler I bought a Tri-glide in 2021. It was the HARDEST thing I ever had to learn to operate. Going from 0ver 50 years of 2 wheels to 3 I had to relearn everything! In 1 week I managed to hit a guardrail with my right fender ($900 in 1 second). You cannot lean these bikes and they don't counter steer. Now I wouldn't trade it for any 2 wheeler. These things are fun in a box! And my knees are still in the wind! So if you want to disrespect someone for riding one that's your problem. Great vid Sandman! P.S. The same "kids" who disrespect 3 wheelers will have their turn someday!
I was one of those "never on three wheels" guys until it came down to three wheels or zero wheels. So, at 70 years of age this ol' Marine got a Tri-Glide and I must tell you that I love my trike! My wife loves it so much she got one for herself. Now we know we will be in the wind for many more years to come. We ride with a large Veterans group and have never had any derogatory remarks and if we did, oh well. Keep up the good work Sandman!
One of the biggest issues we have as a society is people thinking that their opinion matters, and they need you to hear it. Who gives af what people think? Ride what makes you happy. Because ur opinion should be the only one that matters to you.
Sandman,my brother,Doc here, and I would like to say thank you for this awesome content. I have been a biker since I was 10 yrs old and got my 1st Honda 90 step thru (my friends who didn't have bikes or mini-bikes all said "OH ya,it looks like a girlie bike,I said...what are you ridin'?") and up until 12 yrs ago I always rode two wheels. In July 2011 I was up and out on a Sunday morning on a call in to work, got to the corner and was in the apex of a left hand turn when a very large black vehicle (to this day I don't know if it was a mid-size S.U.V. or a big sedan like a Chrysler 300,) came up on the inside of me and smashed me mid bike, drove me 38 yds across the highway and into a ditch and kept on going. They NEVER did catch the asshole who hit me. I laid in the ditch for almost an hour before an ambulance that somebody had "anonymously " called from a payphone 3 miles away finally showed up (ambo shack was less than 3 minutes away). I spent 9 days in the hospital and 8 weeks incapacitated at home before I was up and around enough to try and go back to work. 5 weeks in,back at work,I had to admit I was unable to go every day and took early retirement ( 1/4 pension and 1 year long term disability). I was 52 yrs old and was basically screwed for the rest of my life. My 67' Harley was killed dead, insurance wrote it of and paid me "book value" ...$7,800 Canadian....and because there was no suspect, and no arrest, that was the extent of what I got. Fast forward until now,at 64,I'm considered 75% disabled due to 2 wrecked knees,a wrecked hip, a spine with 3 different areas of major damage, and croakers telling me " you need surgery, but you're too fat,you need to exercise, but don't use your knees or back"...so I lost 84 lbs just by changing what and how I ate,but have gotten to the point in my life now where the rehab time it would take for all those surgeries (which have to be done 1 at a time) is probably longer than I have left on this side of the grass...so a handful of Tylenol,a couple of joints and some anti-inflamatories and I just keep going, except I hadn't been back up on a scoot (cost preventative/prohibitive) on my income) until a buddy bought a Harley CVO in 2020. He raved about it(he's 75 now,and has a bad back) and allowed me to take it out a couple of times (class act from a real brother!) for a few hours and I knew I needed to ride again.I've been putting change away ever since, wheeled and dealed a bit, and it looks like ,for the spring of 2023 I'm going to be able to put together a ride to get me into the wind again.....anyway,I know this has been friggin' long but I have to say,Trikes may NOT be for everybody, but WHAT you ride isn't what makes you a biker,as you so eloquently put it,from moped-to full out big V-twin street beast,it's THAT you ride....riding gives you something nothing else can (except maybe flying...lol) absolute freedom and control.....so thank you for pointing all of this out, although, unfortunately,y'all ain't going to change every bodies mind, but maybe, somebody like me might just have heard you and maybe gets that urge...and realizes they can do it....stay safe my brother, keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down...enjoy the twisties and keep the sun on your shoulder and the wind in your face.....Doc from Canada sayin' "Peace Out.
Awesome video, my wife rides a 2022 Freewheeler and loves it! She tried two wheels but wasn’t comfortable on them and first time she rode the trike knew this was for her! I give all riders respect as you are out there doing what you love and seeing the beautiful country we live in, so remember, Enjoy the Ride! Plus I hit subscribe!
Dude you've covered it all. Freedom? I've seen some people do crazy tricks on quads and trikes. And you're right it's all subjective. Some people prefer sports bikes to cruisers, choppers to trikes, cholos to baggers, dirt bikes to quads. But in the end we're all in the same family. Love, peace and keep riding with you on the road, wind and brotherhood.
Nice video! I started ~1 year ago on a Can Am (never thought I'd ride a motorcycle) and I just got a Vulcan 900 Classic about a month ago. I still have the trike because it's a different kind of fun to ride, but I never would have been on two wheels without it. I totally agree, lose the hate, ride your ride, and let's all just enjoy the outside.
Thanks for the video. I recently bought a Tri Glide for the main reason of my wife and I go everywhere together, we both have back issues and the trike allows us to take much longer rides because of the stability and comfort.
Your video made me smile and I do respect and appreciate all of your comments. Last fall I had the chance to ride a 2022 Sea To Sky Spyder with a group 12 riders. Everyone was on Can Am Spyders or Rykers. Every single 2 wheel riders that we encounter where extremely respectful and a good number of them even slowed down or stop to watch us drive by. I'm 66 years old ans riding a three wheeler makes me smile every time I'm on the road. Keep your informative and positive videos comming. Keep those 3 wheels turning!
Sandman, Retired Jarhead here. Nice looking trike. Been riding over 50 yrs. Until last year it was on two wheelers, last bike was a 2017 Road King. Haven't jumped anywhere near as much as you have but the last one and my knee said "no more". 25 years later its finally bit me in my third pint of contact. I like to ride long distances and after a day on the bike my knee said this this is getting to heavy for you. Dropped it a couple of times. Riding for me is stress relief, too many grandkids thinking I need taken care of and all the normal daily BS. Mostly just wanting to get out and ride. Soothes the soul. My Grandfather was Tabbed and Scrolled, broke his heart when I joined the Corps. He spent most of his time in and retired out of the 101st, did some time with you guys in the 82nd and survived 10 yrs with the 75th. He was one tough old coot. My new ride is a 2022 CVO Tri Glide. As soon I get the ok from the knee quack, as Wilie says "on the road again". Be in you neck of the woods next year. Coming over to ride the Dragon and see some old firends at Lejeune. Semper Fi Retired 0369. Ride Safe
It's awesome to see a fellow Triker. And a Devil Dog to boot. Take care of them joints. They're not gonna get any better unless they are replaced. 3 back surgeries is what did it for me. I love to ride and I'm not giving it up. When you're in NC hit me up and we'll do an inter-service ride. Hoorah!
Sandman, you epitomize what a "real biker" is. The others sound like snobbish douchebags who give riders a bad rep. The riding community needs more like your mindset. Ride safe and be happy, my friend.
Thanks Sandman! I was a two wheel rider until I became paralyzed from the chest down. I’m not a sissy or weak or whatever. I am a veteran rider who loves the twisties and the wind in my face. Big wheel for grownup! Yes Sir!! Thanks for the video. Stay safe and keep the shiny side up. Peace.
Brother Sandman that was one funny video . I’ve been on a trike since 2010 Triglide traded my Yamaha Venture for it after a back injury. At first my fellow riders laughed at me then I found CVMA to ride with , I was the only trike for the first couple of years now there are about 14 as you get older and your military (retired Navy) experience catches up with you all I can say is at 65 I’m still in the wind !!!
Hit the replacement det x mas eve 1980. Spent first 6 yrs in the Duce. Med Ret 22 yrs later from my only state side post. A part of every major command on Bragg. I ride a 2019 paid for cash Black Tri Glide w/131. Out run every thing with wheels. I can ride with all three wheels down or two of them in ltha air. The reason others do not ride trikes is they can not afford to. I have six cars and two Harleys. Ride most between my homes in Raligh and the Outer Banks.... Great Video ABN.. Keep the round side down..
I really like the way you made riders like me ,have the respect of others on The road . Thank you Sir . God Bless and ride safe Brother . Charlie C Oklahoma .
Nice Man really appreciate it, iam an "cured" Epileptic (ive been born with Epilepsia, took meds for 25 years of my life and didnt have a seizure since i was 4) but i have never learnd to drive a Bicyle nor Motorbike because of my parents fear of getting a seizure on a bike, so iam 41 now and life goes well, so iam thinking of buying a Trike and getting myself a little of that "Freedom" of the open road back :), i love bikes and trikes and always wanted to drive one (and YES even before Sons of Anarchy yadayada...) maybe it finally time to do so
Great video Sandman. I said for years I would not ride a trike. A few years ago my wife had to stop riding on my '06 1200 Sportster with me. I still ride my Sporty that I bought new. Recently my wife asked me if I would consider buying a trike so she could ride with me again. I picked up a 2023 Tri Glide Ultra and we both love it. I am 75 and I plan on riding two wheels for awhile longer, but I admit I have found our trike is a lot of fun and I am glad we have it. We don't ride to impress anyone. We ride because it is fun and gives us many happy memories. "Real bikers" respect all riders.
Hey brother just came across your Channel and I subscribed. I have a trike and I've also had a Road King and yes some of us have some issues with health maybe from the military or just everyday life but I just want to say for anybody who judges that they should get a hobby other than riding. You're right a real bikers respect all bikers. It doesn't matter if it's two or three. I have tons of respect for our military and First Responders so let the haters have their fun. This issue has always pissed me off. I had the vent because there's too much other crap going on in the world to worry about two or three wheels. Thanks man drive safe I'll keep watching all your videos🤙👍
51yrs in the saddle this year, the past 40 on 2 wheeled Harleys, and I appreciate all machines, regardless of make and type, even scooters. The point of it all is being in the wind on the open road. Good video. 👍
I had a friend who is was 80 years old and strapped his oxygen bottle on his old Honda. Served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. To me that old beat up Honda was the best looking bike I had ever seen with that oxygen bottle tied on it. As for trikes, I have some arthritis in my hip and one day I may have to give up my two wheeler. So just ride and enjoy it while you can.
I am 54 years old and have never rode before other than on the back of my dad’s bike when I was 9 years old. I am taking the beginners course in about a month and am looking at getting a trike. I just started watching your videos and am also a retired Army veteran. Thank you for your service
Totally agree with your commentary. I could have bought a 2 wheel motorcycle but instead opted to buy a Trike because my wife wanted to feel secure as a passenger. It’s a good thing I listened to her because at the time I was healthy with no issues. Then I developed arthritis in my hip, and now need a hip replacement. So far I’ve been able to continue to ride without any problems, and soon I will have hip replacement surgery. Until then I will continue to ride my Trike and enjoy every minute of it. Thanks for posting.
Riders talk smack about trikes but never rode one. Once they do they forget it's a trike and enjoy the ride. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind as long as you can.
AGREE. I traded my 2 wheel Road King for my 2017 TriGlide and have been on it since. Love my trike and have always received respect from others. thanks for a great video.
I’m 50 and healthy. I just traded in my ‘20 Road Glide for a ‘23 Road Glide 3 and I love it! It’s a different type of ride for sure but it’s the same wind therapy we all desire! New subscriber here. I enjoy your content. Keep it up and in the wind brother! 👊👍🇺🇸
I ride a 2022 tri glide and love it. My wife really enjoys on going on a ride out in the country and feeling the wind the sound of the motor. You ha e a beautiful. Bike. Ride safe
Hey, Sandman. I totally enjoyed your talk. Great attitude you have. I turn 71 next month. I own a 2022 Freewheeler. I have a permanently damaged sciatica. In December it pinched and I laid my 2004 EVO down on top of me. Ouch. Sold it a week later and bought the trike. Bought my first Harley at 15 1/2, a 1945 45. No front break, suicide clutch and rigid frame. Until I bought my 50 Pan I always had hardtails. However, I also bought a few 45 trikes at the same time. Have also had a VW Trike. One of Big Daddy Roths early kits. I have always had jerks make negative comments. Who cares? Not me. I love trikes. Always have. Best wishes and keep triking. Gary/L.A.
Thank you for this video and for attempting to clear up the negative thoughts about trikes. I am like you, I wave at ALL motorcycles whether they be a 50cc scooter or a Boss Hog. I've been riding motorcycles since 1964 and my wife and I rode more than 300,000 miles on two wheeled motorcycles in a 20 year period. We use to aveage 15,000 miles a year. But, my wife has battled cancer eight times, maxed out on Chemo, Radiation and Cyber Knife treatments. She's had 12 surgeries in ten years and is currently on Immunotherpay treatments and will be every 28 days for the rest of her life. She cannot walk without the aid of a walker these days due to the radiation she had in 2011 which ruin the blood flow to her hips. She had a total hip replacement last June , but she also had brain surgery last August to remove more cancer. She is like a stroke victim struggling to learn to walk again. My wife can no longer climb on a two wheeler without knocking it over, but she can climb on our Tri-Glide. We put on 21,000 miles on our first Tri-Glide and over 10,000 miles on our current one. As far as driving down a divided highway, I can't tell much difference between a two wheeler and a trike. On a two lane back road with a lots of curves, there is a big difference because you have to steer a trike, but at least we're still out there enjoying motorcycling. I hope I'm not a snob, but the Slingshot to me is too car-like with a steering wheel instead of handle bars, bucket seats, and a car engine and transmission. It just seems more of a car than a motorcycle.
Thanks Sandman for posting this video. I currently have a 2013 Ultra Classic. I have no issues riding solo, but when my wife rides on the back with me, then it takes noticeable effort to balance when coming to a stop, or slow maneuvering. While I am able to do it, it does become tiresome after a longer ride. That is why I have been considering a Freewheeler soon. And let’s not forget the Harley Servi-Car (1932-1973). Absolutely love the Servi-Car for what it was, and that is basically what the Freewheeler is.
I’ve been on two wheels my entire life of 59 years and enjoyed every moment in the wind and bought a trike a couple years ago and was like why didn’t we do this years ago lol we have more fun and park where we want and no more roasting my feet on Florida pavement and ride more miles per year than we did before!
For me, transitioning from my Road Glide to my Tri Glide let me continue to keep my knees in the breeze and gave my wife and I the ability to have more freedom. Sandman nailed it. Have your fun and let everyone else have their fun. Excellent video!
I rented a tri glide in Vegas last year just because I never rode one. A few days of practice, I got pretty comfortable on it and really enjoyed the bike. It was great on the Vegas strip through traffic, almost made me lazy with the reverse. The fourth day I rode the back roads into Henderson which was very curvy. Wasn’t as fast as my Electraglide but was enjoyable
It's true. I worked with a guy who was a hard core biker (Harley rider) for years. He said he had more respect for a guy riding a scooter as his main mode of transportation in any weather than the Dr. who rides his Harley on weekends. If it's nice out. And he's not golfing. I laughed out loud when he said that.
I don’t own a trike, but the one you have looks awesome. As long you you enjoy the ride, that is all that matters. Harley Davidson is developing some really nice looking three wheelers! I’m seriously considering purchasing one. Enjoy the ride!
Thanks for the great way of putting it on the right track. I put riding aside for 20 years, and decided I wanted to ride again. Aftyer finding out , after spinal surgery, and having vertigo, it took me 7 bikes to finally figure out 3 wheels is the only way I would be riding again, feeling safe. Good times are ahead for sure. Thanks again...Ü
At 81 years young, I LOVE MY GOLDWING GL1800 TRIKE!! Have ridden two-wheelers since age 14. Loved each one. Planning a Florida to Alaska run now. Ride on! 😎👍
Sandman, traded my 2-wheeler for a Freewheeler when I turned 74. Hips and knees getting tired…ride the Black Hills(SD) a lot. Glad I can still do that. Safe Ride
Well said Mr. I live in UK and my dream was to get the A1 licence and buy two wheels, but due to the financial situation I can't afford spending 1k£ on the license. Instead I have started to look forward to the trike's motorcycles as I can drive without A1. The other thing is that,as you mentioned all of this is for enjoying yourself and not the speed. Nothing alse meters
Sandman, thanks! The "real riders" are people whom do 2 things, respect themselves & put respect of others above their own. So therefore wither they are on 2 wheels or 3 wheels they are bikers & treated with respect. We have a friend that wi not try our HD Tri Glides because of that disrespectful attitude of "I won't be caught on those tricycles", The day I can't ride is the day I stay home". Ok, so let him stay home & be bored while they rest of us are out riding & having fun for years more. God bless!
I have ridden a 2 wheeler for years since I was in my 20s but after a injury I was told I might not have the strength in one of my legs to hold the bike up. So I now ride a 3 wheeler and love it.
I ride my Trike because after my second big crash in which the car that hit me was in the wrong. So after my third operation on my busted shoulder. (total replacement) an I still have no feeling in my right leg. So now it hard to hold up my FXD with the better half on the back, so it’s Trike Time for me. Keep Safe
82nd, 101st, and 173rd Airborne. 25 years. Your vest would resemble mine. Airassault badge? Scouts out brother. Thanks for your service. Will never forget "Hay Street" lol.
Great video! I just converted my 2009 RKC to a Trike. I have been following others for their slow speed training. You seem to be the only person that has any really good trike info. Thanks. I am relearning how to ride with out leaning or counter steering. While MSF lists basic Trike classes, there are non available in Illinois. I'm training myself in parking lots with figure 8s and circles. Feels weird not leaning. Any future video content on driving trikes would be great. How do you handle the feeling of centrifugal force on long turns, Turning right or left at an intersection with out coming to a stop. etc. Thanks!
I lean my upper body slightly forward and towards the turn. I also look far ahead into the apex of the turn. You'll notice that it's easier with a car in front of you because you are focused on them. Same principle except now you're looking into where the curb disappears (apex). Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
At 67 Im freewheeling on my Harley 103, in the breeze rode sportster, dyna super glide, great in the curves, miss that but now I can kick back and Cruze, taking my time, rideing through life, and still loving it, be free ride...
Great video. Hey man, I’m 51 and started riding a trike a few years ago. Ever since I was a kid I liked the looks of them. It all started with the cartoon Wheelie and the Chopper Bunch. I triked a 1200 Sportster and we have a F3 Spyder. I love the traditional look of the Harley, but I love the comfort and performance of the Spyder. I get more respect riding the Harley.
I have been on 2 wheels for most of my life, now at 53 I had a major knee give out and suddenly my 2015 Sportster 1200C was collecting dust. So I had it converted to a trike. Do I like it? Well no when i compare it to 2 wheels, but I am still out on the road having fun and that is what matters. Going from 2 wheels to 3 is totally insane. EVERYTHING I know is wrong. I had to learn to ride all over again but it was worth it! What ever we have to do to be on the road should earn us respect.
I'm 39 and bought a 22 Freewheeler last summer, I was in a nasty motorcycle accident in 2020, I had a Road King and the Freewheeler reminds me SOOO much of the RK, at 60mph, the wind is the same. I ride with alot of 2 wheel bikes and I have no problem keeping up with them at all
THANK YOU SIR, I'M A 76 year old man that has had both knees replaced and just don't feel like I can handle two wheeler's anymore, but I certainly enjoy getting out on my three wheeler, better than setting at home crying about it😊
Carver is a leaning trike. The rear portion & power train remains stationary while the cabin and its 1-2 tandem passengers lean into the curves. The controls are not that different from a regular motorcycle. It offers safety from the elements, is its own roll cage, which also means you can enjoy the trip without having to wear a helmet. There are gas powered classic edition as well as an all electric series. There are versions for cargo as well. The cargo portion I believe remains upright while the cabin for the riders still leans into curves.
The Carver looks like a fun machine. You may disagree with me, but the Carver looks like a three-wheel car. It has doors with handles and a steering wheel. They look like they would be awesome to ride, and you may get that sense of adventure riding them. Thank you for watching.
Sandman - I have been riding two wheeled motorcycles ever since I was a teenager. I owned three wheeled ATVs as well. Harley dressers have been my bike of choice for over 30 years now. That is not to say I don't like other brands, I do. I am a very healthy 68 Y.O. and love two wheeled bikes and the freedom and fun they provide me. Whatever the reason a person has for purchasing and riding a trike, so be it. I personally think they look cool as hell and if my health prevents me from riding two wheels, I am definitely getting a trike. I really like the looks of the Harley Freewheeler. Ride what ya' want and stay safe.
Thinking about getting one early next year. Last time I road a two wheeler was 83. I'm 71 now,and frankly, they scare me now. But a trike, no balance issues,I guess if you've all your life, as you get older, the balance issues arn't an issue, You don't need to put your feet down at a light, and they have reverse,a nice feature, and a lot safer when the weather takes a crap, Liked the video.
I bought a used Can Am Spyder a few months ago. My main thing was I didn't trust myself on two wheels with my wife on the back. This is the first street bike I have owned and we have had a blast on it. Now my wife wants to learn to ride it and a friend is going to have a bike (2 wheel) he is selling in the spring that I may buy for myself. As for the real bikers not liking 3 wheelers, I have come to have some acquaintances that are members of the 1% community and was told I could ride with them anytime, they are glad to see we enjoy our Can Am. Not really what TV makes them out to be.
I totally agree with everything you said! I am a proud owner of a three wheel Can-Am Ryker! My reason for owning one is the love of snowmobile‘s! Having one with tires and pavement is pretty cool😂
Love your Big Wheel comment!!! I was just telling my friends the other night the same thing, I told them it was a big wheel for big kids.😂 I just upgraded from a 2022 Ultra Limited to a 2023 Road glide 3. dragged knees in Hockenhiem Race Ring for many years when I was a crotch rocket rider, but times change and so does the body and mentality. I'm like you, i've waved at guys riding Groms🤣
Your amazing! Just learning how to ride I’m 63 but safety is my key. After seeing your video definitely 3 wheeler I’m going may not be Harley I do t the money but Spyder can am. Although I own 750 Harley and 883 share with my son. Thank you again
I drove a Road King Classic for years. Saved for that rascal forever. One day turning right and into a curve it felt like I got stabbed in the hip. I guess being trained for the unexpected really helps cause I didn't drop him or cause an accident. After several incidents similar I made the decision to neuter him and trike him out. I'm not ready to quit. First thing I noticed is "many many times I don't get the waves I once got. Also "real" bikers think I've never riden 2 wheels. I'm 67 years old, I learned to ride in 1983. My joke is I was once the hot chick on the Road King now I'm the old lady on the trike. Do I miss 2 wheels. Yes. BUT I'm still vertical, not dead yet and I'm still riding. And, my husband says I'm still Hot. lol That's all that matters. Enjoying your videos. Well done .
I road 2 wheels for years. I had to get one because my knees gave out and I'm not about to stop riding. Some people rib me for being on a trike, mainly from my club brothers, but the reality is, one of my club brothers suggested I get one as opposed to keeping my Road Glide. Heck, I sometimes ride with 1% outlaw clubs, and I've never gotten any grief from them, and even a few complements.
Thanks for this. I am having my own internal battle over this :) I've been riding street for 50 years. We used to cruise all the time. Coast to Coast, Border to Border. I have an Ultra Classic and my old EVO Wide Glide in the garage, but in the last two years, I rode the Ultra once, and the WG once. I have such hip and knee pain, can barely swing a leg up over the bikes, and then I put on a really show trying to get back off :) My week left knee really complains when I get the Ultra up off the kick stand. I love two wheels, but I think if I'm going to keep riding into retirement, It might have to be three wheels.
I had a 2019 freewheeler. My wife and I loved it. Unfortunately I had to give it up when my job closed down. I plan on getting another in a year or two
One of the reasons I ride a trike is because I live in Alaska and with my trike I can ride longer than a 2 wheeler in the snow and icy roads. With heated seats and handles grips and heat of the engine etc. I am still riding and especially in the Christmas season parade kids love it. Well that’s my story in a nutshell and safe travels to all.
Real bikers don't give a sh*t what you think of their ride or what you ride, as long as you are in the wind you are OK by me. We have a group in my area that loves to make fun of anyone else's ride but they rarely leave the bar and 60 miles a day is a long day for them, I call them the barstool biker gang! I've ridden just about everything and now partial to my FLHT, the wife after 20 years on two switched to a freewheeler and loves it. She's back in the wind and we have had some epic trips again after a hiatus with her health. Keep up the great channel Sandman! Maybe see you on the road brother. Migs and Pepper (A Gang of Two)
Awesome trike you have Sandman!! I had to buy a road glide 3 cause of my 66years old knees & I absolutely love it!! God Bless You Sandman & thanks for the video!!
I'm a 69 year old female and have almost 100,000 road miles under my belt on two wheels. Because of health issues, my Road King became too heavy and difficult for me to handle safely so I either had to go to three wheels for long distance riding or stop altogether. I just bought a trike about two months ago. I really miss the lean of two wheels but I'm starting to enjoy my Freewheeler more and more as I ride it. I also have a Triumph Bonneville Bobber I can ride around town that weighs under 500 lbs. so I feel I will still have the best of both worlds now!
We are of the same mind. I have my Freehweleler for long-distance rides and my HD Iron 883 for riding around town. Like you said, best of both worlds. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I have a 2008 Ultra I ride myself, I bought a 2011 Tri-Glide for me and the wife to ride. Love the TG. I had an idiot say to me, when he learned I had a trike," I don't need training wheels on my bike", needless to say I wasn't pleased. I love our TG, sure the leaning is missing, but for two up riding it makes up for it in spades. You can pull off the road anywhere you want, regardless of the surface. Take loads of luggage. Doesn't move around in strong wind or when you meet a semi truck. Not having to put your feet down, is a major advantage, especially for shorter riders. The only downside I find is on wet pavement with standing water. It will fishtail on you if you don't watch out. Have to keep speeds down which can disrupt traffic on a two lane road.
I am 70 years old i have 3 two wheel harleys and one triglide. Been riding harley's since 1969. One of my bikes is 132 inch road glide. I love them all. On a trip across the USA on my tri glide and once again love it.
Nice video and comments...FUN certainly is subjective but when you're getting that air and bending those corners it doesn't matter the mode of travel. I own a VW Trike and enjoy the upgrades and riding as those on 2's. Stay safe and keep riding..
Thanks for the video- I passed them along to my friend who once said to me-" do i look like I have long grey whiskers" lol! I love riding my Honda CTX700 to death (a 2 wheeler). I got my license only a few years ago and have loved the automatic feature (no I can't ride clutch very well)! I was born and raised in the city where I never had reason to learn. I never thought of a trike until recently when my bestie said he'd ride as my test dummy on my bike. I said no I'm not comfortable riding two (his health is not good) and maybe we should get a Trike for us so I can ride you rather than leave you behind. We found one at discount price, a 1999 Honda Goldwing 50th anniversary special- it's beautiful even if its older! It went from the dealer to the garage for repairs. Now I need suggestions from you all for riding this - please! I'm afraid of doing the clutch thing (it is a manual) and it looks so big compared to my beautiful 2 wheeler (that I will never give up)! She has all the bells and whistles of the newer trikes, but the grace of a classic! I'm very nervous and can't find many videos on how to ride this "beast", but I'm really excited! It should be ready in two days! Suggestions please - I'm used to riding my automatic motorcycle! Now I have to relearn the clutch and riding a very big 3 wheeler! Talk about scared of changes? ...after talking about my new ride - my friend is now considering buying a trike lol! Thank- you all in advance of any links or knowledge as I embark on this new journey of riding!
I have a video in my channel on how to ride a trike. Please check it out and I hope it helps. Trikes are easy to ride. The clutch and shifting will become second nature. Practice in open lots, on hills, and turning from a stop. Also, consider going to a rider safety course. You'll get the hang of it.
I broke my back in 1985. That did not stop me from riding.., i have had a bike sense I was 17. I am 62 today and the back injury has come back to haunt me.., it got to the point where i could not walk for 2 days after a one hour ride. It is the side to side motion of a two wheel brick that damages my lower back. I finally traded my ultra limited for a tri glide. I am back riding again and loving it. My wife and i put on a tone of miles and ride almost daily, 2, 3, 4 hours at a time. If you don’t respect trikes or people that ride them, you need to open your mind and realize riding, being in the wind is what matters.
I just detailed a gl1800 trike that was the pride of our late cousin. It is an absolute beautiful piece of machinery and we were proud to restore it and find it a new owner. I would've rode that trike anytime anywhere.
Great video! As a kid my father owned a motorcycle/snowmobile dealership called 'Speed Unlimited' in Denver. The first bike I ever road was an Indian mini around 1971. I also have a form of cerebral palsy. As I have gotten older, the only option I have is a trike. I pity the fool that says, real bikers don't ride trikes!
I ride with a mixed group of two and three wheelers, no one cares. From my experiences a good trike pilot can go faster in the twisties than most bikers, but none of us are peg draggers. One of these days, I'll graduate to a trike myself. Still, there are those who look down on trikers - ignore them. ,
@@sandmanrides4318 Thank you for your meaningful response! I actually just got my trike a few days ago. Gotta get it registered and plated. I’m hella excited.
I just ran across your video Decide to watch it. To all you hate is out there that don't like the 3 wheels. You probably only ride to the supermarket and that's about it Go to local bar Never cross country. So your opinion does not matter. To all my 3 wheelers Continue to ride and have fun. And yes I ride 2 wheels and a 3 wheels Motorcycle.🏍💨💨💨
I say…if riding a three wheel motorcycle keeps you on the road then that is good enough for me. I love my three wheel ride!!! Nice motorcycle there. Subscribed to your channel. 😊
I'm a senior rider that's been riding a FZ6 for over 3 years and I love 2-wheels. However, I'd like to take my wife on my rides but have never felt comfortable with a passenger. Thinking of getting a 3-wheeler for these types of outings. Any recommendations on a used 3-wheeler, or perhaps certain years/models to avoid? Enjoying your vids.
I don't know enough for a Stay Away List. However, most newer trikes have great stability controls. Used bikes and trikes are great because the previous owners installed lots of goodies on them. I would recommend getting any trike from 2015 to 2024. Can-Am, Harley and Honda are big three trikes I would look at. Harley and Honda being the most expensive. Good luck.
It’s a sign of immaturity if someone criticizes another for having a trike .. it says more about the person criticizing. It tells me that you have Low self-esteem.
Your vid popped up on my feed and wanted to say a couple of things. You vest caught my eye, I was A Co.1st Bn 505th 1977-1981. The other thing, when my 2003 Sportster ignition module crapped out on US 441 right in the middle of Smokey Mountain National Park, my only recourse was to ride out to go get my trailer on the bitch seat of one of my riding partners 2016 Harley Trike. Better than on a two wheeler, but still not good. It did, however beat walking.
Hooah! I was C Co 1-505. I loved my 2 wheeler but injuries and surgeries had me move to a trike. I'll ride until I can't. Keep your feet and knees together.
Trike ia also a great teaching tool. People that have no experience on a motorcycle. It is great for them to learn clutch and throttle control/shifting and braking by taking the balance and leaning out. Once they have mastered the trike going to the 2 wheels is a breeze.
Great Video! Have owned a Trike for almost four years now and have heard and been told some of the same things. Love your take on those comments. Had to Subscribe. Ride on! 🤙🏼
I appreciate it. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Your awesome!! Love your videos..I just got my trike, you just cheered me up, thank you
Great video - thanks for sharing.
Heck yeah, riding is what matters. Stay in the wind and thanks for watching.
Amen. I switched to a sidecar for similar reasons.
Today is my second learning day, it's a great workout for me
This old lady growing old having fun!
Awesome. Ride on. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I’m 71, with bad knees and a bit of vertigo and feel a Trike would be the only thing for me. Plus they now look great.
I completely agree I own a 2006 nightrain. I’m also a disabled veteran I get vertigo very easily. I’m leaning to a trike I’m not going to quit riding
I’m 68 and will most likely trike it before I stop. I see them on the highway all the time and they look like they enjoy it.
There’s dudes out there eating Tide pods and tattooing their faces. I quit giving af what folks think of what I do for fun decades ago.
Yes sir. You gotta ride your ride. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
As you get older you will find that Riding 2 up taking a trip gets harder each year. For us the trike enabled us to keep riding. I’m running into more and more riders who have switched to trikes.
As long as we keep riding it's all that matters. Thanks for watching.
Very well said, and I wouldn’t take anything for my Tri Glide, absolutely love it and rode on two wheels for 20 years
Never learned to ride a bike as a child, so a 2-wheeler was not an option I wanted to consider at 60 years old-a trike seemed doable and fun. So, I took a class and bought a 2022 Can Am Sea-to Sky Spyder. I LOVE IT! And I love your video…thanks! 💜
That is awesome that you are enjoying your ride. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
@@sandmanrides4318 Welcome to the Sea To Sky Spyder club. Have you ever had the chance to drive on the Sea To Sky highway (highway 99) in British Columbia Canada?
@@andrebeland8218 I've never been to Canada on a bike or trike. Been there by car but I am planning to ride that beautiful country.
Great story, and I hope you are in full recovery. Staying in the wind is the name of the game. Thanks for watching.
Uuurah! It's great to see veterans in the wind. Thanks for watching.
One of the biggest issues we have as a society is people thinking that their opinion matters, and they need you to hear it. Who gives af what people think? Ride what makes you happy. Because ur opinion should be the only one that matters to you.
For sure. Stay in the wind and thanks for watching.
Exactly !!!
Very inspiring to know that you will be back in the saddle. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
That is awesome. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Heck yeah. Keep riding your ride. Thanks for watching.
Way to go. Stay in the wind and thanks for watching.
Thanks for the video. I recently bought a Tri Glide for the main reason of my wife and I go everywhere together, we both have back issues and the trike allows us to take much longer rides because of the stability and comfort.
My wife would never ride a 2 wheeler but does ride the trike. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
The Spyder is a gorgeous trike. Trikers rule...LOL Thanks for watching.
Love my Freewheeler and never had a problem with “real” bikers.
Great video, thank you.
I appreciate the kind words. Stay in the wind.
All I say is respect all riders. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Peace.
Thanks for watching, and stay in the wind, my friend.
That's what I'm talking about. Stay in the wind brother.
AATW! I recently rode to the Outer Banks. Great ride. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind Airborne.
I really like the way you made riders like me ,have the respect of others on The road . Thank you Sir . God Bless and ride safe Brother . Charlie C Oklahoma .
All riders deserve respect. Stay in the wind.
Nice Man really appreciate it, iam an "cured" Epileptic (ive been born with Epilepsia, took meds for 25 years of my life and didnt have a seizure since i was 4) but i have never learnd to drive a Bicyle nor Motorbike because of my parents fear of getting a seizure on a bike, so iam 41 now and life goes well, so iam thinking of buying a Trike and getting myself a little of that "Freedom" of the open road back :), i love bikes and trikes and always wanted to drive one (and YES even before Sons of Anarchy yadayada...) maybe it finally time to do so
I admire your courage. Be safe and stay in the wind.
Amen to that. I also have a Sportster to cut around twisties, but I love my Freewheeler. Thanks for watching and keep on riding.
I appreciate your words and support. Thanks for watching.
LOVE this video! I currently have a custom trike but just ordered a new 23 RG3. My knees are in the breeze and I'm happy!! Thanks for the love!
If you love to ride, you have to adapt or stop riding. A trike gives people options to continue wind therapy. Thanks for watching.
51yrs in the saddle this year, the past 40 on 2 wheeled Harleys, and I appreciate all machines, regardless of make and type, even scooters.
The point of it all is being in the wind on the open road.
Good video. 👍
That's what I'm talking about. Staying in the wind. Thanks for watching.
Exactly what I'm saying. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I am 54 years old and have never rode before other than on the back of my dad’s bike when I was 9 years old. I am taking the beginners course in about a month and am looking at getting a trike. I just started watching your videos and am also a retired Army veteran. Thank you for your service
Trikes have the shortest learning curve. Plus, they are lots of fun. Thank you for your service brother and for watching my videos.
Trikes are very comfortable, which allows you to ride longer. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
That RG3 is an awesome looking motorcycle. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I ride a 2022 tri glide and love it. My wife really enjoys on going on a ride out in the country and feeling the wind the sound of the motor. You ha e a beautiful. Bike. Ride safe
...and that is what it's all about. Enjoying the ride. Thanks for watching.
Gary/L.A.
That is some awesome motorcycling history. Thanks for sharing. Keep on riding, and thanks for watching.
Man, that's tough and inspiring. Good thoughts for your wife's continued recovery. Trikes are lots of fun. Stay in the wind.
The Freewheeler is an excellent motorcycle with a rich history behind it. Thanks for watching.
I’ve been on two wheels my entire life of 59 years and enjoyed every moment in the wind and bought a trike a couple years ago and was like why didn’t we do this years ago lol we have more fun and park where we want and no more roasting my feet on Florida pavement and ride more miles per year than we did before!
I ride more on my trike as well.
For me, transitioning from my Road Glide to my Tri Glide let me continue to keep my knees in the breeze and gave my wife and I the ability to have more freedom. Sandman nailed it. Have your fun and let everyone else have their fun. Excellent video!
Ride on. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Your responses to the comments were well said and very respectful. Well done for not stooping to their level. Great video.
Thanks for watching.
They arr enjoyable. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Exactly, looking at the beautiful lights at night, cruising the strip, not worrying when to drop your legs. I get it.
Thanks for sharing!
I’ve got my Dyna Street Bob for the good days, and my trike for my bad days or when the wife wants to go along. Keep on riding!
Sweet. I may have to try that. Now, the question is which two-wheeler should I get? Thanks for watching.
I don’t own a trike, but the one you have looks awesome. As long you you enjoy the ride, that is all that matters. Harley Davidson is developing some really nice looking three wheelers! I’m seriously considering purchasing one. Enjoy the ride!
I appreciate the compliment. I also agree, ride what you want and don't worry about what others think.
Staying in the wind is all that matters. Thanks for watching.
At 81 years young, I LOVE MY GOLDWING GL1800 TRIKE!! Have ridden two-wheelers since age 14. Loved each one. Planning a Florida to Alaska run now. Ride on! 😎👍
That is an awesome ride. Stay in touch and keep us posted on the trip.
Sandman, traded my 2-wheeler for a Freewheeler when I turned 74. Hips and knees getting tired…ride the Black Hills(SD) a lot. Glad I can still do that. Safe Ride
I love the look of a Freewheeler. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I love to ride and take in the view. If I ride like I'm on fire I will miss the view. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Well said brother. I'm on my third trike and don't care what anyone thinks
All that matters is that you enjoy the ride. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
God bless!
Well put. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Well said. Your friend may feel differently when the time comes that he is faced with that decision.
I have ridden a 2 wheeler for years since I was in my 20s but after a injury I was told I might not have the strength in one of my legs to hold the bike up. So I now ride a 3 wheeler and love it.
Keep riding. That's all that matters.
I ride my Trike because after my second big crash in which the car that hit me was in the wrong. So after my third operation on my busted shoulder. (total replacement) an I still have no feeling in my right leg.
So now it hard to hold up my FXD with the better half on the back, so it’s Trike Time for me. Keep Safe
Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
82nd, 101st, and 173rd Airborne. 25 years. Your vest would resemble mine. Airassault badge? Scouts out brother. Thanks for your service. Will never forget "Hay Street" lol.
Hell yeah! I got kicked out of Rick's Lounge...lol Thanks for watching. AATW!
@@sandmanrides4318 thanks for the info. I will add the lean slightly forward to my turning to see how that feels. I look forward to your videos.
Tried leaning forward into the turn. Felt a lot better. I guess I was sitting upright too much. Thanks.
At 67 Im freewheeling on my Harley 103, in the breeze rode sportster, dyna super glide, great in the curves, miss that but now I can kick back and Cruze, taking my time, rideing through life, and still loving it, be free ride...
Freewheeler life. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
That is awesome! Trikes are comfortable to ride. I like the look of the Spyder. Thanks for watching.
I agree completely. Stay in the wind.
I'm 39 and bought a 22 Freewheeler last summer, I was in a nasty motorcycle accident in 2020, I had a Road King and the Freewheeler reminds me SOOO much of the RK, at 60mph, the wind is the same. I ride with alot of 2 wheel bikes and I have no problem keeping up with them at all
I have the same experience when I get up to speed. Freewheelers rule. Stay in the wind, brother.
Love the content. I’ve got a trike after 8 years break from going down hard. Thanks for this channel
You got back up on that iron horse. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
THANK YOU SIR, I'M A 76 year old man that has had both knees replaced and just don't feel like I can handle two wheeler's anymore, but I certainly enjoy getting out on my three wheeler, better than setting at home crying about it😊
Ride man, ride... Thanks for watching.
That is impressive all those miles over a 30-year span. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Lots of good reasons to get a trike. Thanks for watching.
For sure. Just ride on. Thanks for watching.
I totally agree with everything you said! I am a proud owner of a three wheel Can-Am Ryker! My reason for owning one is the love of snowmobile‘s! Having one with tires and pavement is pretty cool😂
The Ryker is a cool trike. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Amen Bro. A person can ride what they want, hell with the negative comments. I have a 2021 Snake Venom Freewheeler and don`t regret getting it.
That's exactly the same motorcycle I have. Thanks for watching.
The 2023 RG3 is a beautiful machine. Keep that Big Wheel rolling. Thanks for watching.
Your amazing! Just learning how to ride I’m 63 but safety is my key. After seeing your video definitely 3 wheeler I’m going may not be Harley I do t the money but Spyder can am. Although I own 750 Harley and 883 share with my son. Thank you again
Trikes keep us in the wind. Thanks for watching.
My joke is
I was once the hot chick on the Road King now I'm the old lady on the trike. Do I miss 2 wheels. Yes. BUT I'm still vertical, not dead yet and I'm still riding. And, my husband says I'm still Hot. lol
That's all that matters.
Enjoying your videos. Well done .
I love it. Stay riding forever. All women on motorcycles are hot. Ask my wife. Thanks for watching.
As long as you keep riding. Stay in the wind.
I have a family member in the same boat. Loves two wheels but it may be time for a change. Thanks for watching.
@@sandmanrides4318 Well I bought a 2023 TriGlide Ultra :) I've logged more miles in the last 5 weeks then I've put on in the last 3 years.
I had a 2019 freewheeler. My wife and I loved it. Unfortunately I had to give it up when my job closed down. I plan on getting another in a year or two
Stay riding. Thanks for watching.
That is awesome and hard-core at the same time. Thanks for watching.
Migs and Pepper (A Gang of Two)
Hell yeah. Long rides is what I live for. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
Awesome trike you have Sandman!! I had to buy a road glide 3 cause of my 66years old knees & I absolutely love it!! God Bless You Sandman & thanks for the video!!
That is awesome! If the RG3 was out when I was looking that would be the motorcycle I'll be riding now. Thanks for watching.
Well said and what a great attitude you have my friend. Your BIKE is awesome looking and I wish you all the best and great riding.
Thank you for watching and the kind words.
Great video, and yes I am considering buying a trike soon. Thank you for the video and for your service!
Glad it was helpful! I appreciate the kind word. Thanks for watching.
I have the same experiences with my Freewheeler. Thanks for watching.
I am 70 years old i have 3 two wheel harleys and one triglide. Been riding harley's since 1969. One of my bikes is 132 inch road glide. I love them all. On a trip across the USA on my tri glide and once again love it.
Trikes are recliners on wheels. Very comfortable. Thanks for watching.
Nice video and comments...FUN certainly is subjective but when you're getting that air and bending those corners it doesn't matter the mode of travel. I own a VW Trike and enjoy the upgrades and riding as those on 2's. Stay safe and keep riding..
Agree 100%. I appreciate it. Thanks for watching.
Have knee joint issues so this would be a worthwhile upgrade path to keep in the wind into my 80s. I'm 56 and have been riding over 5 years now.
Definitely a great option for people with mobility issues. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
From one veteran to you. Thank you for your service, army cat. 1990 to 1996
Hell yeah! Thanks for your service. Stay in the wind my friend.
Yes sir. "riding, being in the wind is what matters." Thanks for watching.
I didn’t read all the comments, but I will say this.. “ Real Bikers” do not critique your ride, as long as you are riding… that’s all that matters!!
I haven't been critiqued on my trike. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
"Real Bikers" Respect all who ride. Riding for over 55 years, I have nothing to prove to anyone
I just detailed a gl1800 trike that was the pride of our late cousin. It is an absolute beautiful piece of machinery and we were proud to restore it and find it a new owner. I would've rode that trike anytime anywhere.
That is a beautiful motorcycle. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for sharing! Stay in the wind for as long as you can. Thanks for watching.
Trike Tours Scotland. 17 years. Ride a k1300s BMW when not on my trikes. Good on you
BMW K1300 is an awesome bike. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I ride with a mixed group of two and three wheelers, no one cares. From my experiences a good trike pilot can go faster in the twisties than most bikers, but none of us are peg draggers. One of these days, I'll graduate to a trike myself. Still, there are those who look down on trikers - ignore them. ,
I agree 100%. Thanks for watching.
Thank for sharing your input. This makes me feel much better about me and my trike.
I had buyer's remorse for the first few days but since then, I know I made the right choice. Thanks for watching and stay in the wind.
I just say ride and let ride. I agree that most just go to bike night to show off their super clean bikes. Stay in the wind.
I started riding trikes in the 1990's.. felt out of place, till I wnet to my first TRIKE'IN... I have never felt out of place since then.. LOve mine!
I'll have to find a local Trike'In. Thanks for watching.
I say…if riding a three wheel motorcycle keeps you on the road then that is good enough for me. I love my three wheel ride!!! Nice motorcycle there. Subscribed to your channel. 😊
Ride what you like is what I say. I saw your trike, very nice. I also subscribed to your channel. Thanks for watching and be safe out there.
I appreciate it. Thanks for watching.
I respect you man for posting this!!! God bless you!!!
I appreciate it. Thanks for watching.
Tri Glide sitting next to a Road King in my garage. I love riding both.
Best of both worlds. That's what I'm talking about. Thanks for watching.
Trike ia also a great teaching tool. People that have no experience on a motorcycle. It is great for them to learn clutch and throttle control/shifting and braking by taking the balance and leaning out. Once they have mastered the trike going to the 2 wheels is a breeze.
Very true! Thanks for watching.
I'm 29 and I have major spinal problems but still want to ride but I can't support holding weight up so I'm looking into trikes
Look at the HD Freewheeler. Great looking sporty trike. Thanks for watching.
