Big fan of your channel! I’ve been hearing a lot of mixed information lately about the best bass handling and release practices. Would you mind making a video on the subject to clear the air?
Yay you did lake st Clair! I don’t know if you remember but this spring you made a post asking for lake break suggestions and I suggested st clair. ❤ from Michigan.
Great series!
Could you do a video on your set up for spybaiting? I love the spy bait and I have found that it is really important to use light (4-7lb) line. Even using 8lb line the bait loses the rocking motion that is so key. But using 6lb line the action is on point. Also, I question what the best rod is. I use a med. Light fast action, but it has a really soft tip. Idk whether the slow action would be better for the trebles.
love this series thanks!
Love the lake breaks❤
It's great being a local. Most out of towners fish the same half dozen spots on st clair, but you can have the best day of your life in the middle of nowhere.
Little spoons are fun to play with! I throw the spybait on guntersville. Great video!
Still the best fishing series by far! Would love to see you take on Kerr Reservoir (Buggs Island) in NC/VA.
Boats running by. Let act like I’m not catching fish. This is me faking it. 😂😂 great day on the water Tyler
Nice video. I need to try out a spy bait. I’ve been catching them off shore pretty good on swim baits, swim jigs, cranks baits and few dragging worms through em. But…. As always I’ve found those finicky bass-turds that won’t eat anything. Just followers lol. I have noticed that when I’m catching a few spotted bass up about 5-10 feet in the column that every time one jets off the bottom and snatches the bait away from the school in the column, it’s always a smallie
Nice to see you in my kneck of the woods bub!
Its a beautiful place!
Great video Tyler! Next time you’re up, let’s collaborate on a video. St. Clair is my home lake.
I've been waiting on a new lake break
love it!
I live in Ga and we don’t have crystal clear waters so how does it work In 2’ visibility waters? Or does it work at all.
Is a spy bait still good in dirtier water or do you just use it in clear water?
Fish 3.84 lbs was beautiful. Great video
Good video buddy
Ok ! You need to go to Erie next East end
Is there any science behind the MTN dew thing? Not saying it's bad just curious.
Thanks for labeling the video with (lake break)
How does the Mountain Dew stop bleeding???
I’m not sure but I do it myself. I’ve seen several of the pros do it. I think it has to do with the carbonation clotting the blood. But don’t quote me on that.
@@drivenbyarchery8676 The acid in the soda closes it up, shriveling up where it's bleeding at.
ok cool. That makes sense. Thanks
It 💯 works. We never fish out of our yaks without a bottle on board!
Is the Ghost Minnow that you are using?
Yes
@@BassFishingHQ Thought so. Thanks.
Wait WHAT?? Mtn dew stops the bleeding of fish!? 🤣
What does the Dew do?
What does a spy bait move like
The lake I fish there is no vegetation and not much cover other than a few trees in the water. The lake is 5-7 feet deep I’m not sure what the structure is but working to find out. The water is always murky. The lake is ground fed water.
I could find a bass in my bath tub in 7 hrs
🤠👍👊
This me faking it lmao
I guess I missed something. Looked like a good video to me
Do one without graphing.
It seems people now can’t catch fish without them.
I’ll do that on the next one. Spent a lot of my life fishing without electronics
@BassFishingHQ ok thank you! Yeah I don't use it as well. I only use the omnia app for depth and that's it.
We started with flashers and that’s what I still use.
This would be great
Was into watchin it until ya used ffs.
😂😂😂 who cares bro
