I'm Jed, (born in Cleveland OH, but spent majority of my 34 years in NC).
I must admit, I'm curious as to whether or not your two feature length documentaries, both of which I enjoyed thoroughly, happen to be benefiting you by being free to watch on YT. Thinking about that and the fact that it is ultimately up to you that they stay or go, forces me to think it's benefiting you, in atleast one of two ways possible, the only ways i can come up with anyways. I can imagine a possible rise in revenue from views/ads. Then there is the likely rise in, not only popularity/views for both features and the knowledge contained within them, but the turnover rate for viewers to steady followers would likely be bumped closer to even which could be the best thing over all 🤔
Very interesting points you make. I like that you say your head is thick, but you can feel a change. It's as if the positive side is growing and awakening, because evil has risen so much to cause that! And hopefully it doesn't go any further, drugs, violence, war! And so much of our people are assimilating into a dead end street culture that will be their doom.
And so on
Oh and all you got to do for the algorithm... which I know you probably already know but don't want to, is change the thumbnails to some picture maybe with you in it, ya know
And then do the cases first and then the letters second..
Ya know cause unless someone shows you your videos it can be confusing for first comers, but wendigoon made a video about you, and I know about you now so yeah your definitely growing a lot.. like major level of achievement level with this incredible amount of topics in the stories, and then your incredible knowledge about the cases of missing people.
Great stuff, very happy you make these videos, it inspires me to be around like minded people who make things.

Dave, when you talk about the last year being "off", I know I'm not the only one that agrees.
Things are bad and you're right, they've gotten and will get worse.
All we can do is prepare ourselves and hold our faith.
No matter how weird it gets, don't quit. That's what they want.
I've heard many people say the same thing that something has changed in our atmosphere and daily lives! This also includes myself I can't specify what's different but something is different! When I discovered missing 411 I was reading some of the cases and realized 8 hrs had gone by and the sun was rising! I'm a U.S. Army vet and spent countless hrs. In the woods and other desolate places growing up hunting and fishing. Thank you David!
There is a cognitive change that happens with the weakening of our magnetic field... which is happening right now..wonder if that could have anything to do with these feelings of change that I've been having the last couple of years
I feel the same. Sometimes I just look outside and can sense it. It's not the world I grew up. In fact it doesn't even the same world it was 5 years ago!
I am a Canadian army vet and for a while I was sure my PTSD was responsible for this " feeling ". I was talking with a brother at arms not too long ago about this. He lives in a secluded part of the Laurentians in the province of Quebec. He was telling me that some days he feels like he is in a " time warp " . He lives close to a river and behind his house there is a hill mostly made of granite.
John Greer - I, too, have that feeling that something is different. I'm a believer, and I think the last days are here. I also believe that we are in a Spiritual Battle. There is so much evil in our world, and in high places (O' bummer administration). Its time for everyone to turn to God, Repent, and Pray every day. Several times a day. Only Jesus can help us now. 🙏

Yes- it is quite likely. Lots of people are aware of the strange disappearances of the Missing411, even people that aren't regular listeners or readers speak of taking extra precautions in the wild.
I am not sure if everyone is aware that Missing411 isn't relegated only to the wild areas...

My grandma is saying the same, something is changing, she said something is different.
In Poland in mountains of Beskid Żywiecki we also have similar stories of "places of power" located mostly on the borders of ranges or some highest mountains like Babia Mountain( devils mountain is the older name od this mountain), a lot of orbs or shadow people been seen there and both local people and tourist often went missing for some days and even once passanger plane crashed there because it lost their orientation and over 100 people died

😳 Holy crap!!!! I’ve experienced a similar notion…!Last week I had the distinct impression, “Something is different -something has changed”. I literally said it to myself aloud in the back yard and while driving….the notion struck me 3 times thus far. It’s not ‘light’ when it comes to me- just seems super ‘deep’…. I want to tell you my husbands quick orb story.. he was about 11 yrs old living in Southern California back in 1979. He was riding his bike home around 8pm and it was already dark. Something caught his eye and he looked up to see a red orb then another one. There was about 2-3 baseball size orbs. He stood there for a bit not knowing what he was looking at then he starting to ride off and they followed him. He stopped again and said they almost looked playful, twirling around then started to change colors. That's when he said "NOPE" got on his bike and took off not looking back. This is as much as I can get out of him since he doesn't like to talk about it. Thank you so much for all that you do David! Love watching you and listening to the villagers stories. I do know what you mean about not feeling right. I’ve even started having odd anxiety attacks, like impending doom. My husband thinks I’m nuts.
The world energy is strange. Like a push and pull at the same time causing me to hold my breath . I've started to learn meditation for positive energy and well being and it surprisingly helps alot

I’m very sensitive to “the world” , always have been and I often see this as a color or colors in my minds eye. No colors lately, just a darkness like the dark woods at twilight. I believe that every one of us have the same abilities. We just forgot how to use them over the ages. They're there if we dive deep enough and learn how to unlock them again.
Good morning Villagers! I to feel the thickness in the air. I hike a lot solo on breaks from Mom care several days a week. I always let someone know where I am going, and stay with that plan. In the past few months my hikes have shifted in where I go. Partly because the homeless population has grown. Having had several very uncomfortable encounters. It's sad that a few can take the sense of respite in nature away from so many. The air we breathe feels thicker, and change is coming. To be prepared as best we can is what matters now. Be well one and all.
I should share my encounter. Mine was in 1981. I lived in Concord CA. My childhood home was on a hill facing Mt. Diablo. And the spaceship had bright orange and red lights.
Salutations Dave and fellow villagers. This week has been a scary one. I had an encounter with an entity of sorts on Monday night.
It was 10:15pm and dusk was upon us as I took my dogs out for a walk as I normally do, except nothing about this from here on is normal.
The dogs ran down the stairs of the balcony and onto the lawn and froze. I often see this behavior if there is a bear or wolves nearby. The biggest dog started whining and then it started...
The most terrifying screams rang out suddenly, like someone or so.wthing being eaten alive. I let the dogs back in and noticed that my cats (which were outside as well), acted as if nothing was happening, as if they heard nothing. I had this compulsion to investigate where the screams were coming from and proceeded down the stairs, walked 50 feet to the Grove of deciduous trees in the front of my yard (about 200×200 feet roughly.
As I moved towards the tree line the screams sounded as if the injured animal ran across the field in front of the trees.i stopped as your voice, Dave, came into my head and at the same timei witnessed something running on the far side of the forest. I could only see from about from it's mid thighs and down, it was black. The full view of this entity being blocked by the trees. I had a serious sense of dread and your voice telling me to get inside my home.
As I made it to the bottom of the balcony stairs, the screams were automatically right back on the other side of the trees again. They were so loud that I thought my wife would be awoken from her sleep.
Ok, so that night, thinking as I laid in bed trying to sleep, but unable to because my adrenaline was in full flow, I replayed the scenario in my mind. The only noises I heard were the screams of something being eaten alive- no sounds of tree branches busting, no sounds of grass or shrubs being disturbed. Then there were my cats which acted as if they heard nothing.
The next morning my wife told me she slept well and heard nothing when I asked her, so we went to investigate where this occurred and found nothing- no blood, carnage, or disturbances in the foliage.
Dave this is not the first encounter with this entity, my wife three days previous heard what sounded like an injured cat whaling in the back yard but everytime she approached the area where the whaling came from, it would cry further away. She became scared and gave up searching. I can't help but feel we are being lured out into the woods. I live on 98 acres of forested land and in the past 9 years since moving in here many other "supetnatural" things have happened. I will send more stories of my property, but this is long enough for now.
Could be a sasquatch. I'm being serious. If I would have heard that from someone a year ago I would have laughed and rolled my eyes. But after listening to hundreds of episodes of sasquatch chronicles and related podcasts, I've started to believe in the existence of these creatures as a species, apparently spread out over the US. Their habitat is forested areas, and they tend to be more active as night falls, and at night.
They are thought to be incredibly elusive and incredibly intelligent, perfectly adapted to their environment (forest). They are known to make strange noises, sometimes mimicking other animals, such as owls. They are also known to sometimes scream or howl like nothing else in the forest, at incredible volume. You can Google the Sierra sounds, or the Ohio howl for some of the sounds they make.
On a related note, I believe they are also responsible for a large number of these missing. Why? Because they are thought to be ambush predators, hiding (which they are exceedingly good at) and attacking at opportune moments. They are also thought to be unbelievably strong, able to snap the necks of their prey with ease. Remember 'don't be last in line'? They could easily take the last in a line of hikers, snapping their necks, doing so silently and quickly, retreating with their meal deeper into the forest where they know not many will follow.
Dogs are also thought to be terrified of them. This may explain why many search dogs cannot or will not track the missing, if they can sense the creatures with their smell, they become terrified on an instinctual level and cause search dogs to refuse to track.
They are also thought to either completely consume their prey or bury remains as they know other humans will come looking. This is also why none can find any bodies - they tend to travel in groups and if one gets injured or killed, another takes it to possibly consume them (as they need so many calories to survive).
If you think about it, I believe this is a probable factor in Dave's thinking as well. Dave's early work consisted of basically proving the sasquatch are a species of relic hominids, and according to a DNA study by a Dr. Melba Ketchum, the DNA from possible hair came back as consisting of half human, and another unknown primate element. They are known predators, and have been known to eat people (according to the history of encounters with them from native Americans as well, who in the past considered sasquatch to be 'a people' who are known to be 'cannibals' and mimics.)
All of this is right in Dave's wheelhouse. He never explicitly says it, at least not as far as I know, but I believe that they are responsible for a number of these missing, at least the ones mysteriously lost in forested areas across North America, and I believe Dave believes this as well.
Anyway. Something I don't see brought up very often, if ever, and something I believe to be a distinct possibility, as crazy as it sounds. But I'm telling you, start listening to people's encounters on the sasquatch chronicles and other related podcasts, and the more you listen the more you'll be convinced that the existence of sasquatch as a species is an ACTUAL possibility.
They are currently being studied, legitimately, as well, by an organization of scientists, called the north american wood ape conservancy. Check it out, very, very compelling stuff. And believe me, if I'd have been told I'd start believing in the existence of these things a year or so ago, I would have scoffed. But now, idk. Listening to these people's encounters, some of them are so compelling it is hard NOT to believe their stories.
@@chuteboxe39 thanks for the response Rich. Yeah, I'm not sure how tall this being was as what I saw was only of its thighs and down. I believe you're correct and have researched into the sasquatch phenomenon. I'm from Canada and the area where I come from we call them Skookum, the east Kootenay tribe of British Columbia.
Everything you detailed here is what I understand and have learned as well.
I have more stories of the Skookum from the valley where I grew up as well.
I'm part native and German heritage, bi-polar, and have several health issues which fits Dave's profile points. This entity is not the only one I've witnessed here. There are other species of cryptids as well. Monkey/cat creatures that move through the trees at 30+ feet above the ground. Orbs, UFOs, strange noises such as oscillating electrical frequencies in intensity, volume, and durations. Loud banging on trees that when I first moved in repeated continuously for the first 6 months after I collapsed a structure I found here when I moved in. The banging continued for another 4 years, although less in repetitions and frequency. It's been 9 years here now and the last year has been without the banging, (which sounds like tree knocking).

@@Slavador2393 wow, that's nuts! I would be so freaked out, living in a remote place, with all that going on. Seriously. I'm actually German heritage with health issues as well, so even though I would like to live in that environment, it does make me hesitant with these considerations!
Are you in an area where sightings of UFO and Bigfoot are frequent, like have others in your area seen similar things as well?
@@chuteboxe39 yes we talk with our closest neighbor about a mile away. We see UFOs here frequently.
More people are aware of what is happening...and the spotlight is on the Parks and Forest Service, so the missing numbers are down because of it. You can be credited for saving lives David Paulides.

Hi Dave- thank you, so much, for sharing what your observation is about something "being off", in our world lately, and that you also sense this and how its palpably felt.
But aside from that, I especially loved something you'd said.
We are definitely living in a whirlwind of uncharted territory, and it can be and has been at times "scary" among other intense feelings and rather shocking revelations.
But my favorite thing of all, would be your courage.
To hear you say, how, although people have been suggesting you "keep your head down" or maybe you should "lay low" and play it safe, you looked straight at that camera, and stated that you would not. I could have almost cheered out loud. It's the epitome of what actual courage is, when faced with a possible threat or uncertainty, not to just panic or withdrawal, but to make a decision about the reality of whether or not to be living in fear, and choosing not to. And by not submitting to fear it removes the feeling of being victimized.
I feel a fire in my gut that will not let me retreat either. It's perhaps a righteous anger that has built up in strength from seeing injustice again and again, by some cruel and unusual people, and it gives me even more determination not live in fear, as I'm certain that is what has been and is being used on the masses as a means of controlling people, and by the ugly things that have happened to us all, which must be but have yet to be accounted for by those who have wronged us. The sooner we all stand up to the evil among us, the better.
It has been said, that courage is when, although fearful or apprehensive, going forward and doing what needs to be done and/or
facing it anyway.
I haven't heard many courageous words from any person in a long while. It was a breath of fresh air in this funk of life's current insanity and I couldn't have been more uplifted, encouraged and pleased to hear you say, that "you won't be hiding, but cautiously moving forward" anyway. It was in that statement that proves to me, you just don't have it in you to be a coward. I really loved and appreciated hearing you say that! Thank you~😎👍🇺🇲

Things havent felt right for me, ever since the ranch disputes by a certain gov agency back in 2014, 15 time frame. This was an act against farmers and ranchers. While the technical details can be disputed, it was still wrong and I knew we were in trouble as a country. Add to that, all of the weird ufo and paranormal stufd that has been exploding since then and I have felt deep in my soul something was wrong and that things were changing..and not in a good way. God bless everyone and God help us all!
Mr. Paulides, I'm rewatching this episode and I have to comment on something similar that happened this past summer that you mentioned during this segment. To paraphrase a quote by the team leader there was a cloud formation that suddenly rolled in. I live with my daughter and son in law and I started seeing very unusual cloud formations and chem trails very low in the sky starting in July. I started taking a lot of photos, just quickly snapping in all directions when they were present. One Saturday I was in the back tending the garden while my son in law was mowing the front and he came in the back very excited and said that he had watched 2 clouds that were above our house and the house next door (each property is 3 acres) when the clouds suddenly took off and blended in to a larger cloud bank not very far away. So I did feel it necessary to let you know that there is definitely something to this. Thank you for your research and riveting reports.

Apache Junction besides being the AZ State Penitentiary also has a beautiful vineyard, wedding venue. My son was married there. We had a lot of family & friends from out of state attend. I was told after the fact, when asked about the hiking the Superstitions my demeanor would change as I said "stay in a group, do not separate, lots of water & someone in group must carry!". Found out later, everyone opted for other tourist attractions!

Spent lots of time on Mt. Washington. got blown on my ass across the observation deck by wind. Lots of people underestimate this rock. But this would be a very hard place to totally disappear from. It's all rock. Spot any bodies with no problem by plane or chopper. Other forces at play here.

Dave the American people need you to run for office 💯 btw, I've had a nagging feeling that something big has been coming for a couple of years now. No idea what, but the feeling is there and won't go away. I use to attribute it to my son being killed and it was just all in my head, but more and more people are saying the same thing. I'm starting to think that it's not just me.

Hi all... question for the community. Dave talked about blue orbs in this vid and I got to thinking that maybe that relates to a lifelong (I'm 72) experience I've had. As far back as I can remember, when I'm in the dark with my eyes closed (i.e., lying in bed waiting to fall asleep) I'll see a single electric blue point of light. It doesn't happen often or last more than a few seconds but it happens and has for a good 60 years. Does anyone else experience this? One other odd experience in the same vein... from time to time I'll hear a high-pitched squeal in one ear or the other. This also doesn't happen often or last more than a few seconds but these two oddities have been lifetime companions and Dave's vid inspired me to put them out there. Thanks!
Mt Washington is in New Hampshire. It's part of the Presidential range white mountains. I got caught in a lightning storm at the summit of Mt Jefferson. I was in the cloud when lightning started forming all around me. The sound lightning makes is very different when you're right next to where it forms. I ran for my life while lightning was striking all around me. It was my personal best mile hiking speed ever. That was almost 30 years ago. I literally just got over the fear of thunder storms.
I remember being very scared up on the top of Lafayette when I was a kid.
I remember I had a vest on, and I could unzip it and hold it open while being picked up off of the earth by the wind. My childlike wonder and excitement quickly turned to horror.
So strange, I too have had a feeling that something big was going to happen, but no idea what. Everything just seems off. Glad to know I’m not the only one.
IMAGINE. You are in SpaceLab along with others from the UK, CCP & USSR when massive conflict breaks out between the groups back on Earth. You need each other to survive & make it home. That’s the way I feel right now. We’re all in this together & nobody gets out of here alive, eventually.

I just recently found Daves channel. I'm addicted. Everything about this channel , The Villagers, The letters, The missing stories ( so sad) The ability to talk about all things , without being looked down upon or labeled. Mental health, flying saucers, aliens, big foot anything strange that one has encountered or has personal views on. I love hearing the letters and others ideas on matters. Others encounter to know "hey I am not crazy" Dave has such great intelligence and such a humble, loving person. The kind of man we need more of on this earth. I have always had these thoughts about the animal mutalations, and forgive me if it has been spoken before as I have a lot of episodes to catch up on.
I thought perhaps whoever is doing these mutalations maybe the blood of the animal is a kind of food for the unknown doing this. I always heard they were cut or some type of surgery/ autopsy is done far more advanced then we are. So maybe they no longer have the food they or something on their planet needs to survive so they come here to take it. It may be done so with their advanced technology they are using what they take from these mutalations to create a new species. Maybe the missing that are never found also are taken to be used to create a person/ thing to aid their kind. Maybe an army of creatures that will be used for war or some job they have that they need a disposable being to do.
These were part of nightmares I had as a preteen after seeing a cow mulalation.

That NH case is strange, I've hiked Mt. Washington and it's a pretty straightforward mountain. The Boulder field is small, can be easily traversed. Though if he unknowingly went over the edge along with a rockfall I can see how he and his rod would be concealed.
