When tanjiro was already pulling his sword out ready to fight him. Muzan was never seen by a demon slayer or hashira in a very long time. Ubuyashiki even told the hashira that tanjiro met him face to face and they were all wondering what he looked like. They did not know it was him until gyomei told them. Gyomei was the only one of the hashira who knew muzan was even coming to the mansion.
How is it disturbing? It’s not like they’re laughing at someone’s death scene. Everyone reacts differently to situations. You’re mad weird for taking offense to that.
