Hugh is claiming to be son of Saera Targaryen, Daughter of Jaehaerys and Alysanne, Brother to Baelon (father to Daemon and Viserys) who ran away across the narrow sea to Lys and became a wh*re, I think

@@DivergentWizdom he could mention it, I don’t remember if his parentage is ever revealed in the book so it could be different, but Saera is the most likely in the show from what he told us about his mother. I have a feeling Addam will most likely confront Corlys about him being his bastard, though in Corlys conversation with Alyn, it seems like he already knows that they know when he brought up their mother. Addam may be bold and ask Rhaenyra to legitimised him if she wants him to help fight against the greens.
@vargr2089 that would be awesome if he confronts Corlys and they have an open conversation. I think Corlys would want to legitimise him because he does care about his legacy.

Jace is right though when she dies who is to say the men with silver hair won’t want the throne. They are Targaryen bastards with dragons no one will question them but they would question Jace because he has brown hair.
@mikaylagore1174 damn that's a great point!! But for now only Hugh actually has white hair. Ulf has grey and Addam has black/dark brown so there isn't too many people yet with the blonde hair thing
