I had such an amazing time working on this track for Honkai Star Rail's #multiversevistas event !
These contests are honestly always such a cool opportunity to see everyone push their limits a little further than what they thought they could do haha, really hope you'll enjoy the track as much as we did while working on it

I've been listening to this for a month now but never really watched the MV properly. Today, I finally realized that the song is about Acheron... heck, never even noticed the girl at the start was Acheron. Now the title finally makes sense. It's the number of swords forged in Izumo. I thought it was some secret code or something.

This song feels almost perfect for Acheron. What an unexpected crossover to see one of my favorite artists make a song about one of my favorite characters in fiction.

The lyrics are so damn good, trust me as an acheron lore expert i can say with 100% certainty that this is almost a perfect theme song for acheron, and the music matches it (THE BLACK HOLE SOUND HELLO??!! INTO THE SLASH AND THE CRAZY CRESCENDO THAT SOUNDS LIKE HER TRAILER)
My favorite lines are definitely:

It's so emotional! It's like Acheron singing, screaming at the world as she unsheathes her blade and faces the Nihility again,

I was so worried about getting her story/experience as a character wrong so thankfully i got a lot of help coming from people that had much more knowledge than me
Definitely wanted to portray the whole "desperate but still going forward" feeling of the character so it makes me super happy that someone who enjoys Acheron so much would be satisfied with our song !

This is such a good song, I love how it is surprisingly varied with how it sounds in different parts but still feels like a consistent whole.
The visuals are really cool too.
The melancholy Patterns signature pause at 2:00, followed by Rino's extraordinary vocal thrust at 2:55 , my heart wasn't ready, this is soooooooo f-ing good 🥲
