It's a shame you chose to name the video "WHY are you filming my toolbox" as if to insinuate someone had spoken to you rudely. Although in fact all of the staff were very polite to you and the Manager Chris even explained why a technician may be concerned with a stranger filming their tools as they are expensive both to buy and insure, to which you agreed and said you understand.
It just shows no matter how well you're treated you will still try to put a business in a negative light just for more clicks. Shame on you.

The corporate branding on Ford dealerships (signage, logos, fonts, etc.) hasn't been revamped for about 35 years. It looks so tired and dated compared to all the other brands of dealership that you visit. I still associate it with my H Reg Fiesta!
