Note the difference between Margot Leadbetter and Hyacinth Bucket . Jerry can relax , and have his breakfast in peace and be his own self , poor Richard cannot have breakfast in peace , be his own self and relax always under manners how he ended up with Hyacinth is anyone s guess
Some of the comments are far too serious! It’s a comedy for goodness sake. And it’s not real! They are acting. A classic wonderful comedy that’s a refreshing change from some of today’s drivel.
I can't believe that 1417 people have watched this and not felt compelled to make a comment about how brilliant and entertaining this show is, or how sexy Margo is, or how totally cute Barbara is, or even to say they're number 6..... which means I am, because I did. I just adore this show!
@wanderliscious For myself, I watch these for a good laugh and a bit of nostalgia - having seen them over and over, over so many years!!! I know its a good show!!!! I like the Posh Frock and the Christmas Episode best - but theyre all bloody good! Too busy laughing (usually) to comment! :)
@cosycleaner I'm sort of in agreement. I'm not as turned off by Kendall, but between them, I tend to enjoy Penelope Keith much more. The "always perky" Barbara isn't always my cup of tea.
"I mean Tom . . ." "Yes?" "Never mind." lol (Incidently Cosycleaner--yes, I'm afraid you're the only one in the UK who finds Barbara irritating. Margo's delightful don't get me wrong--we Yanks like Penelope too, but sorry, Felicity's adorable)
Please keep these coming They so joyous and out of this world. ❤
Love these shows, watched them years ago watching again
You've all got one track minds! (toms face: priceless!) got to love margo/Penelope!
I would be distracted by 'that old ploy'.
Every time.

Keeping up appearances has none of the wit and quality of Good Life though
It's 💐
@@JulieRushworth it’s what?
@@Myplop pronunced Bouquet not bucket
Hyacinth is selfish, yes Margot’s a snob but she’s much more thoughtful and considerate. They’re worlds apart
Another funny Good Life.😂
Oh, come off it! I'm not being distracted by that old ploy!!
I love this show. Margi for queen of the world!!!!
I'm the 7,689th viewer by the way and the fifth to comment.

I just adore this show!
I liked the series of Good Neighbors.
Shirley Maclaine wore a red sequin dress and black stockings for Sweet Charity, Margo

Not just Britain.

Very out of character for Tom to suggest stealing the oil.

sex...but no children? That would have given Tom and Geeerrrrrrryyyyyy ! something to think about.
Tom is quite abusive . Barbara deserves a medal
I'm the 5553 view and yet I'm the first comment haha! Wow...
