The $69,250 of two years ago buys about 20% less today, so Bitcoin at $69,230 today is worth 80% of a bitcoin two years ago. It would have to get to $50,000 to be equivalent. Bitcoin may or may not be inflation immune, but the dollar that it gets quoted in is not immune to inflation. Still a bargain below $45k, Get it while it's hot. If you missed the 2017, 2021 bull run.
Always kept an eye on crypto, hesitated due to its volatility despite being a long-term stock investor. Now that it's mainstream, I want in. How can a beginner navigate the crypto space with all these talks of a retrace? i don't want to buy the top.
You can start by dollar-cost averaging instead of buying a lump sum at once. Also, consult a fiduciary with crypto expertise for informed buying and selling decisions since talks of a bitcoin ETF approval. Time in the market is more valuable than timing it. Using this approach, I grew my crypto holdings from $50k in 2017 to $690k in 2023.

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich. These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
Money invested is far better than

you the opportunity to increase your

It is remarkable how much long term
advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid,
instead of trying to be very intelligent.
The wisest thing that should be on
everyone mind currently should be to
invest in different streams of income
that doesn't depend on government
paycheck, especially with the current
economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
I also keep seeing lot's of people
testifying about how they make money investing in Stock, Forex and Crypto Trade(Bitcoin) and I wonder why I keep loosing. Can anyone help me out or at least advice me on what to do.
Even with the right technique and
assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks this year. Hope to make millions in 2024.
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient but remember the bigger the risk the bigger the results. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

For me initially learning about bitcoin made think ok this sounds ok. Then i went and learnt about economics and that was the light bulb moment for me for bitcoin. I could see how bitcoin was the solution to the current system. Education is key but learning the current ponzi scheme we have is just as important in my opinion.

As I’ve said several times, it will take a while for advisors to even be able to educate clients on bitcoin and for firms’ compliance departments to have friendly policies. Both will understand once a $5 trillion market cap.

My wife lived in London for over 20 years and the investment community there totally gate keeps. They give you the option of low risk, medium risk and maybe even more risk and that is it. I asked "what is in these investment vehicles and I don't even recall if the advisors new that much. I was able to get her investments out of the bond fund which is different than owning a bond.

It is even worse than Brian described. $34T in debt, $212T in unfunded liabilities ($130T mentioned in the interview). Assets per citizen is actually negative for the first time ($562K assets vs. -$630K liabilities, -$68K per US citizen).

Brian says there is no reason not to add bitcoin to an investment portfolio, but I can think of one. These large players that are blocking access because they rub shoulders with market makers and movers. What if those market makers said they were going to bring the train back so that they can get in at a better price? That sounds like a damn good reason to me. But I'm just some pleb so there is no way that conspiracy would actually play out...
