    the DKA (short for “Dominique’s Kouign Amann") is a smaller version of the traditional Breton pastry, which is similar to a caramelized croissant. A crispy, caramelized crust on the outside gives way to a flaky and tender crumb within.

    Based on his stated tastes, from fine dining to food cart mystery meat. And the fact that he spends so many nights on the road in weird places in a room with likely limited cable options (sure he goes upscale when he can, but a lot of where he travels do not have a Ritz Carlton option) I bet he's seen his share of Simpsons/King Of The Hill etc. I used to travel a lot, and lord knows I've seen more of those shows than I ever thought possible. When traveling books, DVD's are a hassle to carry
