    Goya Adobo will not disappoint. I’m Puerto Rican and we use it to season all of our meats which include chicken, pork chops, beef, and whatever else you want to use the seasoning for. It is very good. It’s also good to season beans, potatoes etc. I’m never without a bottle of that in my house. I hope you enjoy.

    I've used the Adobo for years. It's great on meats or veggies, I love to put it on my steak. In my opinion it's like a seasoned garlic salt.

    Goya adobo. Definitely for meat and veggies. Cook veggies. I grew up using Goya adobo. A lot of times we use the Goya adobo and Lawry's seasoning salt.

    Boil radishes to partially cook and then season and air fry...great low carb side dish! Also yummy if you boil them and then 'smash' on a baking sheet...season and top with a little shredded parm...bake until cheese gets crispy.

    I have something similar to the Adobo - it’s Lawry’s Casero Total seasoning. I use it as a ‘house blend’ for general duty/ all purpose seasoning needs. (McCormick’s no-salt vegetable seasoning is great, too!) My favorite is a combination of bell peppers, onion, a green veg (broccoli/beans), Mrs T’s mini frozen cheese pierogi, and sliced sausage. I season then either throw it on a sheet pan or my grill pan if the weather is nice - don’t have one, but I’ll bet it would be really good on the flattop. It’s also versatile for roasted vegetables with a little olive oil - cauliflower is my go-to. We do that in foil over the campfire. Yum!

    Had the Ninja creami but I gave it to a friend. It was fun to make lower calorie( and non-dairy) treats but it became too easy to have some kind of "treat" every night. "It's low calorie, It's just fruit, etc" In my opinion, if I'm having it that often it is no longer a treat and it kind of hijacked my brain making me expect to have something every night.

      Not really considering her kids are older and eating 3 full meals plus snacks from home per day, (my teens out eat any adult by far) and she works from home eating most all her meals from home & she packs adams lunches often, and she gets a balance of healthy foods & convince food & snacks.Does your 180$ per week include ALL 21 meals plus snacks for your family for the week? If so make a video or share your tips!

    • @keeperofsecrets88
      @keeperofsecrets88 Рік тому +1

      @smokableflowers that does make a little bit of a difference, my step-dad buys lunch 5 days a week & I get maybe 2 free lunches at work. I definitely buy a mix of convince food & more natural/healthy ingredients. I probably spend about $50 a week on produce but otherwise I stock up on sales. Some weeks I spend a lot but those things last so then I'll skip a week or only spend $70. Honestly though it's actually lower, I think $180 popped out because I don't strictly shop for 7 days so my total is usually in that neighborhood. How I do it is I budget $160 for food & household items & any unused gets rolled over to the next weeks so when I catch a deal or go to Costco I can stock up. I also include meal delivery kits in this money as well. I do understand that teens probably eat a lot more because they are still growing, I forgot because it's been so long since I was a teen & I don't have kids.
