  • Baked salmon fillet with mustard and garlic sauce
    Recipe and ingredients:
    - 4 salmon fillets
    - salt
    - pepper
    Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
    For the mustard and garlic sauce:
    - 8 - 10 crushed garlic cloves
    - 4 spoons of mustard
    - 100 ml olive oil
    - a spoon and a half of lemon juice
    - coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons
    - thyme - a teaspoon
    - ground ginger - 2 teaspoons
    - chili flakes - half a teaspoon
    - green parsley
    Add some salt to the bowl with the crushed garlic and mix well.
    Add the mustard, homogenize and add a little oil in several installments and lemon juice in two installments.
    Add the spices and parsley.
    In a larger bowl, mix the sauce with the salmon fillets, cover with a lid and refrigerate for an hour.
    The oven is preheated.
    Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray lined with baking paper, skin side down, and pour the remaining sauce in the bowl over them.
    Put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 - 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
    I kept them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
    I used a 32X20 cm pan.
    Properly cooked salmon is juicy and falls apart when pressed with a fork.
    It is served with baked vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, asparagus), with mashed potatoes or rice.
