this would be even better on a bigger scale. more fighter spaceships vs a really big Mothership like really BIG, at least 5.000 complexity. (if possible)
A great function would be a custom control panel like in Instruments of destruction. being able to name and move the button icons in a little panel, or even all over the screen. that way you immediately know what your vehicle is capable of.
yall gotta do an over powered attack plane vs AA tanks/trucks. think a-10 style or whatever or even a bomber (i just know if you stack 3 miniguns behind eachother and stagger the delay by .10 it makes for a beautiful vulcan gun, stack two rows on top of eachother and alternate stagger delay by .50 back and forth down the line and it ramps up into a gnarly warthog cannon with a longer over all spray time and the overheat bursts are longer.). but have the tanks have like 2 miniguns or even a power core allotment that every one has to use on whatever combination of a couple weapons they want I.E. minigun/ rocket minigun/lazer gun two lazer guns. few smart cannons whatever yall think is best to take down a plane.. [IMPORTANT RULES NOTE] make it standard whoever is the in the plane the longest wins in that aspect still, BUT have the MAIN competition be where every one keeps track of how many repairs they did as a tank per round and whoever got the most "kills" as the attack plane wins. that way there's incentive for the planes to play aggressive and risky, and not just fly around wide padding time, and incentive for the tanks to not just repair spam for the sake of soaking a barrage. maybe even give the tanks a single shield to make the main objective for the plane a bit harder but idk how hard it is in the first place thats why i wanna see yall do it

This kinda simulates a large fighter fleet vs a single cruiser or corvette.
Scraps ship is more like a small gunboat with the moveable top turret.
