Who is accountable for security in Manipur at present? Centre or the State Government?? Who will take responsibility for this 400 days of absurd failure to provide security to citizens of India.
Removing Biren as CM in the intial days by Centre would have a made huge impact on the dynamic of the conflict and the state would be in a much better shape than it is now.

First correct the spelling of the community you are displaying.
