Y'all did what I've been wanting to do for 2 years now, fully auto cycles. I didn't think it was possible in this game but clearly I need to reconsider lol.
They were my teams first pick for the rank one alliance, and I feel it was less that we wanted them on our side and more that we were afraid of being against them.
@@addisonmoncelle5022 tysm. My teams actually feeling really good about our performance but of course their always things to improve and we’re coming back with a (very graciously professional) vengeance for Buckeye
Y’all have such a sick bot and it was so cool seeing y’all in action at Pittsburgh. I’m on team 1787 and I can wait to see what y’all can do at buckeye.
I'm not certain what the software side is, but I believe they are arducams each connected to an OrangePi. But there's also a 5th camera on there that I think is stereoscopic. I don't remember all the details from when I saw it last week.
My question is that if you can be fully auto The Whole game why it kind of ruins the human aspect of playing since you can basically set you robot on the field and just sit back and watch it play
@@unusualarrow6390 that’s not my problem my problem is that I don’t like how it entirely removes the human aspect on the drive team. The only thing they do at that point is give the robot pieces. I just think that people should be controlling the robots and only have it be the other way durning auto THAT IS WHY IS CALLED AUTO
theres still a human aspect in the entire creation of the robot, the weeks of effort people put into every little part of it. its about consistency and accuracy, thats why it works that way.
@@nympheons I still feel as though the humans should be driving it since what’s the point in having a driver then and it is called the human controlled section of the round which mean people should be controlling it not the code
@@OrangeCrusttheres nothing in the rules against it, the team can do whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it also doesn’t need to be running on code at all times, it is just capable of playing an entire match fully automated.
Who let the coders cook
MJansen Mr pathplanner himself
Get them out of the kitchen, leave some sick automation for the rest of us
Wow the LED Bar and auto cycles look sick. Your coders really outdid themselves this year!!
Fire programming that autonomous is beautiful

now that FRC hardware is nearing its ceiling, FRC software is COOKINGGGGG
just wait till 2027 with the new control system
The most insane robot ive ever seen ever for any year. This is untold amount of cooking

@@TooMich Congrats to yall at FC! Wish he had the chance to play one another, quals went great but playoffs were rough for both of us. -3201

I hope to see more of both of y’all Rangers and Rambots
full auto is actually insane
The led bar looks amazing!
You guys literally built my first concept robot. You guys have my favorite robot for this year.
yalls robot and music selection for these reveals are always so good

Those dynamic paths look very accurate...
Full Auto Cycles!???
The extending bar to shoot over defense is really smart
Amazing, jaw-dropping, awesome!
Can your auto cycles deal with defense?
the robot is literally cooking with FIRE!!!! The LEDS go crazy
The auto cycles feature is so cool. I'm curious, was it helpful in competition with other robots around?
Yall are amazing, keep up the great work!
Great team
Slick. Nice robot!
Wish we could do that. We don’t even have a full field
Hello, is there any chance you could share the code for the autonomous amp cycle?
Insane programing 🤯
This robot is gonna cook
Nice edit😊
I like the fire LED, how did you make it! Is it WS2812?
sick leds lol
See you guys in Pittsburgh and Buckeye!
holy moly
For full auto, does it have obstacle avoidance? Also, what coprocessors are you running?
I think in the video they were running a limelight based on the green light, but I'm not sure
Also You can see 4 cameras on each corner of the bot, which means that they are probably using photonvision for april tags and object detection.

I wonder how full auto cycles will be useful considering defense is always an option
Still
Absolutely crazy!
This is so damn cool
That is insane

because it gives them more consistent and more points??? the point is to win so if they make it full auto and it works, it doesn't really matter
