How to make a Trader Vic Mai Tai
The original Trader Vic Mai Tai calls for Amber rum and a dark Jamaican rum balanced with fresh lime and orgeat. Heavy on the rum and full of flavour.

INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Dark Jamaican Rum
- 30mL Amber Rum
- 15mL Triple Sec
- 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 7.5mL Orgeat
- 10mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double strain over crushed ice into a double old fashioned
3. Garnish with a mint sprig
