Layla 239 so true. Live a little bit. It’s okay to overeat. It’s okay to eat real ice cream. It’s okay to eat tasty food that doesn’t fit their arbitrary macros. Just don’t make it a consistent habit, but implement those foods in their diets. I hate Halo Top and enlightened, they’re awful. Eat the real stuff.
