@StonedBarbiee - as much as I agree that she could have chosen a lifesaving path, the brainwashing by the piece of work that was the sperm-donor of this young girl destroyed her mental capacity in understanding there was a way out outside of taking both their lives. I cannot imagine killing my children, but as the judge said - the lack of support was evident during the trial.

Who is the man we see the back of?
Father of murdered child.
Borderline personality disorder does not fall into the category of mental illness, however any class A neurotypical disorders are mental illnesses in the DSM-5 which I think she has a grouping of both classes disorders. Still that’s a ton of suffering for one brain
I hope she gets help she needs ,that husband was crazy unless you lived in it you cannot judge she wanted to die too
I pray for this girl

She made friends and got her hair did.
Lawd he jezus! It was painful to have to sit and listen to that Judge speak. You would think at least most of the reciting of the sentence would be written down 😂
Psychotic !
A Baby?
I feel like the judge just keeps talking and talking for the TV airtime, and less because it is benefitting the sentencing. Chloe was clearly a mental victim for her abuser, who is only there for himself.
Life bye girl
Who's leaning on the organ in the other room during this?
What she do
How embarrassing
i’m so glad they gave her life with the possibility of parole.
and i know that fool sitting in the courtroom will get his day in court for his criminal lifestyle and for the harm he’s done, as well.
I'm a criminal defense attorney in California...
This defense attorney CRYING during sentencing is absurd and insulting to this profession. She should be looked into by the bar and needs counseling
She looks unstable bwahaha
The whole court is crying because this is a tough case! Maybe you should look into counseling as well! Maybe sensitivity training ! Emotional response is normal in this case. You must be a man 😂 ...I think karma will hit you one day to look at yourself!!! Maybe someone should get you counseling and take a look at your records and call your state bar ! Fair is fair right? 😂
She is a human being, just as we all are !!
I agree @angelafender angry lawyer is heartless!!!
