What is the HOA cost?

While I think the house and yard looked nice, I had some concerns. First, the kitchen island was positioned oddly in relation to the cupboards. Second, I don't remember a mention of a laundry room. Third, is there an in-between solution for the pony wall or a wire railing? Fourth, I would exchange the pool fencing for something that, for me, looked better. But, I wouldn't remove it due to stray children or pets. Fifth, does it have that in wall pest control or is it feasible for that house?
I went back for a second look and there was no dedicated laundry space shown.

The kitchen is ill designed. The entry is confused A house shold be built around the back yard The second story balcony isnice

@@andrewguiant Iwas only pointing out the entry is not designed right. windows in the Family room should start about4'' abovethe floor and have an arch at the top also the fireplace is off center the island looks like something from an apartment the cabinets are too low they should go to the ceilings I built a house that had an outside wall 8' high and a shed type ceiling the opposite side was 12' and I built cabinets 12'' high the high side had lights and was a display as it had glass doors the front elevation of this house is pretty

nice home, but all I see are these homes are a Money pit full of debt just to maintain it. It only make sense if someone buys it to make it Airbnb investment for large family gatherings reunions. Living in it without being debt free from all the bills that comes with it in these types of homes doesn't make sense to me.
