I'm sure the info about how well POWs are treated in Ukraine has spread much further than the kremlin would have liked

I do know that Tolstoy wrote about it in the mid 1800’s in his novels, but as I’m not a big Russian literature major and not a russian speaker I don’t have examples of erasure of Ukrainian history, language, culture and traditions, not that russian history would have any! They’ve all been systematically DELETED over the past 400 years by the czars, according to Tolstoy and others as far as I know.

Russians have been stealing Ukrainian history for centuries. I do know that Tolstoy wrote about it in the mid 1800’s in his novels, but as I’m not a big Russian literature major and not a russian speaker I don’t have examples of erasure of Ukrainian history, language, culture and traditions, not that russian history would have any! They’ve all been systematically DELETED over the past 400 years by the czars, according to Tolstoy and others as far as I know.
