The breakdown on that 17% is this. There have been 30 flagrant fouls called in the league this year with 5 being perpetrated against CC and 4 of which were by the Chicago Sky. The average for the entire league is 0.21% per player meaning you're about 85 times more likely to get mugged than the average player if your name happens to be Caitlin Clark. The average team has had 2.5 flagrant fouls on them which is half of what Clark has gotten.

Hey Unc, I was at the Ducks Football game this past Saturday against Idaho. We blew them out, let me explain.
Us Ducks, ran through Idaho’s defensive line. They kept fumbling the ball and throwing interceptions the first two quarters. By the third quarter they did not even know where they would fit it with the score being around 14-0. What us ducks messed up in was we let them catch up. We pulled back and thought they would take the bait of letting us push them back from the scoring line and they caught on. We let our foot off the gas and got comfortable.
Our Ducks woman’s volleyball team sweeped Long Beach State this past Sunday, 25-18, 25-17, 25-16. Again, the ladies got comfortable and let the Dirt Bags catch up, I was at this game too.
I do not know if it is a trend that they do this, but yeah, both games could have been instant blowouts.

I do worry about the haters who are gonna get on AR's podcasts and thereby make CC look bad (it hurts CC's brand and only fuels derision)... ... And of course, AR (like anyone) doesn't deserve the kind of hate (prejudicial/implicet bias inflamatory words/meanspiritedness) that certain types of CC-only fans bring ... yes I understand Candace won MVP in her rookie year, but ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, CC is having the best rookie season ever. breaking numerous records (rookie and general), playing the most important position in team sports aside from QB, and the eye test is clearly impressive. and icing in the cake is she is as real as it gets, humble, respectful, competitive, gracious, dont indulge in B.S. and just plays ball without all the antics and rah rah. 10/10

To be fair, Chiraq is immediately adjacent to Indiana. It's a short commute for CC Indian fans to come to a Sky game. That said, there were a lot of Sky fans cheering CC and recognizing her greatness.

The bad boys legacy is great TF you even on, they were clearly the better team against the Lakers in 88 and should’ve won that series in 6, should’ve been a 3 peat, had the 87 series against the Celtics locked up in the ECF if not for a bad inbound.
