      @@rishabhkapse576 The performance is the best in the segment, it is very efficient on highways, 20+ kmpl on highway drives is very much achievable but the city mileage is so so , 10-12kmpl in bumper to bumper to traffic (with AC on). I think the 1.5 D with TC is an excellent engine-gearbox combo you can get in that price range.

      Venue + efficiency, soft ride quality, good rear seats but bad looks, low features and bad handling

    Truth is the first generation Venue still rocks! The classic Porsche type taillights , the stance triumphs over the new model.
    Still the Venue is much better looking than Sonet which seems smaller

    The cheapest x line is 2.5 lakhs more expensive than the cheapest n line. Can't ignore that. And N line looks distinct compared to the standard venue. N line is better vfm.

    Owning a Sonet for more than 3 years. I can vouch for it... If Hyundai can place the 160 bhp power train from Creta in the Venue N line, it wld maniaccc❤❤❤ and can justify N-Line badging...

    I need Diesel automatic, as there is no diesel automatic in venue and finally booked kia gtx diesel automatic. Taking delivery on September 8 th .

    KIA Sonet GT Line/ X Line 1.5 AT doesn't have any competetion in its segment. I am lucky to have one when it was 12.99 L ex showroom and without that AdBlue wala jhankhat.

      @@raghunathbalaji It was launched in that introductory price only in 2020. Engine is superb and returns me a mileage of 20 in cities and upto 32 sometimes on highways in straight lines. I have fetched 24+ KMPL in a stretch of 450+ km with multiple breaks. You just need to pour pure group 4 synthetic engine oil. That's it.

      @@yoganandareddy23 Then there might be some issue with your engine oil.
      I am using Mannol 7722 0w20 ACEA C5 fully synthetic oil. It costs 5K on Amazon. But it will save ur fuel. And the engine will be sooo smooth and responsive. I suggest u to try that once. But flush the existing oil with a mild detergent (I used Liqui Moly Engine flush Plus). Then drained it. Then pour Kia service 0w20 oil and change the filter. Run it for 20 mins with high revs. Then drained it again. Then pour synthetic oil and change the filter. You will definitely feel the difference.

    Cabin space is way too cramped in both the cars. They can seat 4 individuals and not 5. Though feature rich still bears the sub-compact class.

    I test drove the regular dct turbo pertrol version of venue and did not like it. The transmission would hold revs a low speed and the suspension was too stiff for me.

    I prefer the older looks of the Sonet. It had more character. The newer ones looks overdone, especially the rear.

    16 17 lakh for a car this size only a fool will buy. I would go for thar rox or scorpio n mid variant paying 1 or 2 lakh more.
