I've downloaded the FL Esports software for this keyboard and done extensive research but the keyboard still doesn't work on a PS5. PC works fine but I'll interchange between the two often. Any tips? Even changing bios?

question just got my keyboard cmk87 donwloaded the program sofware but keeps saying device not connected i already tried everything even reintalling it
