Cleanest and most professional setup I've seen. Well done. Absolute mastermind workmanship and planning building that plywood 'cabinet' system for it as well. I don't think I'd like using that set up on a day to day basis with my workload and needs, but my god is it a good one.
Very nice set up. My only suggestion would be to put some sealant on that wood. I live in WA too but on the other side of the mountains and it gets wet. Plus I'd imagine spilling chemicals on that wood wouldn't be good. Two thumbs up.
I’m not even a pest control guy, do my own and just here to research sprayers, it damn! This is an amazingly well thought out and creative setup! Well executed! I’d suggest to you that regardless of how good a pest control guy you are, you should be setting up a factory and building these as setups for other guys. Nice! You could sell completely setup rigs and charge a decent premium.
Hey Kevin, awesome setup. I know you said that you went with the 29" ARE cap because you wanted the most room possible. I'm thinking about going with the 26" cap because of my garage door dimensions. Thoughts? Trying to follow your setup closely.
Hey Carson, I think that would work fine. Just make sure to make the little platforms that the sprayers sit on low enough that when the sprayers are on them everything will still clear and slide inside. I think you'll have no trouble.. Did you watch the build video? That will help you see more how everything goes together
Weird question but any idea if a product like Bifen IT, Tempo SC or Suspend will harm car paint? I have a swarm of ants on my 4 cars with thousands of ants walking around and I'd like to retire them before they go back to their nests.
WOW! That is an awesome truck setup! I have been looking for something like this for my truck. I made a setup but not happy with it when I start to do mosquito control next spring. So I am hoping to do something like this. Do you happen to have any detailed plans that I could look at or pay for?
I don't have detailed plans because there are too many truck bed sizes...but, if you watch this it should help get you closer to building it.. ua-cam.com/video/SrZUKqeuzcM/v-deo.html
Hi Ian, it was about $400 for the wood,, drawer slides, hinge, etc. plus the tank ($80) & pump ($75) & battery ($75). You could wire the pump to the vehicle battery but that requires more heavy gauge wire and added risk of electrical damage if something goes wrong.

I've been in pest control for over 20 years and I have to say that is one hell of a setup. Awesome job!!!
Thanks man! I'm now working to replicate it on our second service truck
This is the best setup I've ever seen
Very Very well though out setup my friend ., Nice to see techs with clean setup!
Outstanding rig. I am sure you are one hell of a technician as well with your eye for detail.
Appreciate you fighting the good fight 💪
Best setup ever. Very inspiring. thank you

Your organization proves your at the top of your game.. nice dude.
Those roll out shelves are amazing. Saves your back, I'm sure!

Completely agree. I did a spray-on polyurethane on all of it

Great truck setup! So many great ideas here, not just for pest control, great video on utilizing all the space in your work truck
Nice job! thanks for sharing.
This is a really nice set up
This is beautiful...
Great setup. You gave me a lot of ideas.
Great, amazing work! 👏

Awesome setup. Thanks for posting!
Thanks!
Amazing setup!
Did you need to upgrade the leaf springs or anything else on the truck for the weight?
Yes, great question! I have Firestone suspension airbags. They were about $500 installed. It rides great even when the water tank is completely full.
You think you could post a link to the plans on how it’s built
Just wow.

Amazing. I definitely couldnt do that myself. I would have to pay someone to msle that for my truck

@@kevindawes1832 Ok Thanks! I appreciate it.
You must have grown up with boats or something lol. Very impressive sir. Mind if i ask how much it all cost you to build?

2 flow zones i bet you fly through those treatments
Awesome. Question, have you ever had DEP(EPA) do a random check? Wondering if it would pass due to wooden contruction.
Yes. Non issue at least in my state.
@@kevindawes1832 Got it, Thank you.
What state are you in
What type of pump did you use?

How often do you have to fill your water tank in a day
Rarely run out in a day. Usually just fill it up when I'm done working in the evening.
Can you show the list of your repellent and non repellent insecticide?
curious also this video rocks

I imagine you don't own a shop, and work out of your house to have this much in your truck. Such a liability if this thing falls into a river.
Shouldn't you have your company logo and PCO license displayed on your vehicle? It's required in my state.
This was a brand new truck at the time of the video. Yes, both things were added shortly after...
Are you going to wrap your truck? Or at least put your logo on it?
Yep, it's coming
Do you use a rig sprayer at all?
Never.

What size are your B&G
1 gallon - standard
An ag inspector wouldn’t even bother looking thru all this shit haha
I've been inspected...Zero problems
They would but would definitely increase your score and might even catch a break on an issue you might not have been doing correctly
He would just sign your papers and go to the next one
This great but in Arizona they require that wood be water proof and chemical resistant. I had to coat my similar set up
