That’s E.E. Brown talking on radio to Yardmaster E. Wolfe. At Eastside yard. I remember all those Seaboard GE units. The blue smoke just blowing right on you in the yard at the 33 end. Especially in the winter. I had a nickname for them. Smudge Pots.

Great video thanks! The RF&P units were for the RF&P lol as they required cab signals. Not for Amtrak. Thanks again.

@babyhars93 the NEC required cab signals as well. Idk if it used the same cab signal system though
