Yes, it's the same. Reading is very easy in computer - delivered IELTS, we can highlight words, it's all side by side ,so no need to turn the pages every time you need to check an answer.

I suggest paper exam because you can’t see all text on screen so you lose time. ı just test myself with paper test when ı got the computer based ı could not manage the time that is why ı will take the exam again :(
I think it's more convenient to take on computer based test. There is no need to worry regarding scrolling questions it's exactly appeared in the screen.
What is more convenient to opt for a speaking test? face-to-face speaking or video call at the test center for IETLS (GT).
