What the shit... am I really the only person that realized that he mistook taes voice and thought it was jimins bc he was hitting those high notes?!?!! Tae starts singing at 3:15 after the raps where he stops and talks about that and stops right before Jimin is about to sing and says “ jimin was singing in a light gentle head v voice and than v comes in mid almost falsetto...?!?!??” Jimin can’t exactly hit the same low notes the other three can though... they all have super unique voices that blend so beautifully together... it really is so lucky how hard they all work to be able to hit notes completely out of their range... the fact that the rappers sing deep harmonies on most songs but don’t get credited is kinda wild to me... they have those beautiful deep voices especially suga and rm... hobi can just do it all... they truly are a super group

@Kadali J I don't care if JK rapp or center, but in singing Jimin's voice is like the identity of BTS, because Jimin's voice is rare, Jungkook's voice is a lot like people's voices in general and Jungkook's voice is also too sighing and makes me disturbed so the main vocal position is very not suitable for jungkook, jimin did not get the main vocal position because he was the main dancer, if he was not the main dancer i'm sure jimin will be the main vocal

@@jad_geography no he can’t and every Army knows this. BTS has mentioned this several time that they need to raise their songs’ keys because Jimin can only sing high. This is a fact so please don’t argue. They had to do it for YET as well as Dynamite and FTMR. V mentions this in several interviews.

I think jimin and Jungkook both belted pretty amazingly at the end there. Reactors I've seen tend to hear jimin and talk over Jungkook but that intense part blows me away in the song every time.

Jungkook doesn’t belt. It’s a crude technique usually used by people who don’t have the best breath control
Not necessarily, belting takes a lot of vocal strength in my opinion and if they are singing And go into a belt the way Jimin did and held it strongly the way I see it that right there takes above average breath control. I will admit I think Jungkook's was more of a mix, but it was extremely strong as well it just is usually overlooked for some reason.
@@lauracrain6268 yes belting pretty much only takes vocal strength. It’s a technique that’s very bad for the vocal chords in the long run as it causes people to strain most of the time. I don’t think Jimin belted here either, it was his head voice during the high note. Jin is the one that belts the most in BTS but he didn’t here.
This is one of my all time top performances. Especially displayed so much talent from the vocal line. Not to mention that this song was originally for JJK1’s mixtape. The talent he has 🥲🥲🥲 this and Stay were both are just amazing songs, just imagine how much more amazing Jungkook’s actual mixtape would be. I love Jungkook and Jimin but I'm starting to wonder why V or Jin are glazed over so much they are powerhouses also. I get preferences but I would just love for V to be critiqued based on his range,technique and tone but not against other members parts in the songs. ALL of BTS bring something to the table and I am a true fan of ALL members.Giving unbiased opinions as a vocal coach is great but I've heard V be compared to Jimin in so many videos and it's crazy. They don't even have similar speaking voices (plus they have different dialects so I've noticed some words are pronounced differently) add in their style of singing which is different also. What I'm saying is the differences is what makes it beautiful because when they sing together it's so magical. Now Jin is one who barely gets acknowledged for his range and beautiful tone. He is a singer who brings out emotions when he sings like V and both have so many backup vocals and harmonize with others but it's not always shown cuz the camera is normally focused on the main singer at the time 😤 😪 . They deserve better.
Have you seen this new vocal coach’s videos? I’m really impressed. He really breaks it all down, technique, positioning, range, everything. He’s newish to BTS so he seems unbiased for the moment. I love that he really analysed tae’s technique in stigma and also talked a lot about Jin’s voice and how he sings to make the audience feel more connected and emotional. I’ve linked Jin’s video here but he’s doing the whole vocal line. Tae and Jungkook are there in his channel too. Jimin is next

I am a fan of all members and which coachs would take bias and preferences out of it and just judge technique plus he always accuses Tae of lip singing but then as the others aren't like how can one out of 7 not be singing live when their sick another member would just do their part but not have them lip sing.

it is an OST for a Japanese drama about a blind girl, JK composed this song. their Japanese songs are always so high, thats why ppl say jin owns Japanese songs. all vocal line go high in Japanese songs even tae. and I noticed he is doing a great job in his high range even as a baritone, thats impressive.
