I wasn't using notion to organize my life because I couldn't figure out the formulas to be able to do that. Thank you for introducing me to this new method !!!
One question. Is there a way to have the same task recurring over and over? Or to delete the privous recurring tasks? My problem is, that I don't want to have pile of the same tasks in the project that must be manually deleted or stored somewhere. I would like to have just ONE task that appears, gets done, and appears again in a set time frame. If the task is not done, it will just hower there waiting. No duplicates, no populated project with the same daily task.
Hi! I have a quick question regarding a feature from one of your videos. I was trying to create the _"days/hours remaining property"_ from your Notion Databases video, but I can't copy the code 1-1 since Notion apparently updated how they do formulas, and now I'm stuck.
What if I want something slightly different - I have a set of tasks with a deadline date. Lets say drink espresso on January 1st 2024. I have a select property for status (not done, progressing, complete) Is there a way for me to make it that when I hit complete, it will either create a duplicate task with 2025 as deadline, or edit the completed task to become 2025? Thank you for your content, and have a great holiday season!
Are you saying they won't prepopulate daily doing them as you demonstrate.? My 1st experience doing it this way is that the task template lost half of its tasks by the third day. Don't know where they went or why they dropped off.
Is it possible to create a daily checklist where different tasks appear depending on the day? As in there are a list of things to do on monday, and then when it's tuesday, the checklist resets but it also has different tasks on it than monday. Idk if this is possible but i would really appreciate any solutions for this :)
I mean, you could just create 7 different templates and set each of them to repeat weekly instead of daily...is it the most efficient? Probs not but it might be good enough for a morning routine 😊

Hi bro,, how about if we have long term task, do you make daily task, or set a task that have date range?
Thank you for the clear explanation!
🎉so ready for 2024! Thanx !
Happy new year!!
what if I like those checkboxes be restored in a database?

That's a good idea, did you ever figure a way to do this in Notion?
Does this happen in mobile?

Did you add them to the actual template itself or did you add them to the task after it was created?
@@ProductiveDude check boxes in the template as you showed.
How is this not more intuitive in AN APP FOR ORGANIZING YOUR LIFE WHAT
Thx❤
this guy says data like dada
why can't I see the date shortcuts in my Notion?
The Now - Today shortcuts don't appear in the date field. Any one can help please?
Thank you!

The Tags property of every newly created database has the same fate as the default cube in blender it seems.
17 businesses. Holy are you using one Notion for them?
Noice ❤😂
The intro ... 😂
Whatever i do it keep telling me that it's invalid time ,can anyone help me?
Hmm, make sure it's not in the past, maybe try a slightly different time, like 1 minute ahead or back
tks
Wild.
And again, there's no recuring reminders, lol. Dissapointment of the century.
You actually own 17 businesses? lol
