You're not driving the car right- or shifting it right. The Coyote motor loves to run at high RPM, and you're not hitting the power peaks right... a quick test drive is not really enough to get it. BTW- nice view of the sun visor! I love my '14 Stage3. It falls in between the Boss 302 and GT500. Mine has the track pack (same as Boss 302), and NAV, heated seats-everything. I agree the seats are horrible. I'm going to swap them for some Recaros. The Phase 3 675HP kit makes a huge difference, along wih a one-piece aluminum driveshaft, and MGW shifter... Original sticker on mine was $67.5K. I couldn't afford that, but I got the car in '16 with 3,800 mi. showing for $39K- Less than the original Ford sticker of the Mustang GT the car was originally, which was $43K. One reason for the added expense when new is because it's a modified car, and yet comes with a full warranty from Ford as well as Roush. It's also not the same as buying a GT, and slapping a supercharger on over the weekend in the garage while drinking beer with your buddies. Everything is installed by professionals at Roush... I've been there- you can eat off the floor. Even if you don't like the car itself, it's done right.
I beat on it a little more but the car was still on the lot for sale, so I didn't put it in the video. I am sure with some minor upgrades it would have performed much better. I had a '12 GT Track pack with some minor mods and really liked it.
I also had a 12 GT that I put a Steeda CAI on and a Steeda tune, and it ran great.. I love my Roush, but I kind of wish I would have kept my GT which I bought brand new..
If they put more money into components like LT headers, proper short throw shifter , etc, instead of 26 emblems, stickers and plaques that state "Roush" it would have been a much better car, and better value. Kudos for them working with Eaton to develop the roots TVS blower though....... A fellow once asked for where they could buy Roush emblems or Roush components. This upset some Roush owners. The answer is everywhere, so J. Roush is actually encouraging cloning. Every component on a RS3 is or was available in the aftermarket other than the speedometer and tach gauge faces. You could easily clone a RS3 for $15,000 with exact Roush parts, making the signature plates riveted to the shock towers and the speedo gauges a $15,000 cost. If Roush made money selling the excat components for $15k, you know the cost was less. so, about $10,000 in direct value for a $30,000 premium in an RS3. Shelby never made their parts a "money making venture", in effect making them much more exclusive.
I definitely prefer a manual, especially in something sporty. I would love some feed back if you end up getting one. I have family in the Cherry Hill area.
@@PIPSBURGHVIEWS I have a Kia Cee'd SW and I couldn't be more happy with the car. An equivalent from any other brands would cost way more. Kia isn't the economy shitbox brand it was a few years ago and the Stinger is the perfect example of that. Check Doug DeMuro review of it.
Great video Brian. Awesome sound. All the glitter isn’t gold the cars not for me I’d rather buy a stock car. Fantastic channel my friend thanks for sharing.
Would you consider a first generation Cadillac CTS V? Rear wheel drive, six speed manual, 5.7 V8, can get them for less than $30,000! www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/744864643/overview/
Actually the CTS-V wagon with a manual trans. is one of my favorite cars of all time! They are still to pricey for me but if I could find a manual coupe, I would consider it. Thanks for your input and checking out my channel.
I did do an extensive search for a RWD G37 coupe with a manual trans a few years ago but came up short. I have small children, so I am looking for something with a back seat. Thanks for your input!
buddy’s hating when he could never afford it😂😂

To get the rush of acceleration it needs to run 5-7,000+ RPM. I'm not a professional driver, but that's where I really feel it pulling hard.
I also had a 12 GT that I put a Steeda CAI on and a Steeda tune, and it ran great.. I love my Roush, but I kind of wish I would have kept my GT which I bought brand new..
Anyone else here from Autovlog
A lot of people are!
Your right Brian but I do like the car I hate hate the rear tail lights I know it’s a ford rear but can you change it with after market . Thanks Mike

I completely agree, most of them are all show and no go!
Came from the guy with the truck running boards... Maybe a Honda Civic Type R...
I do like those but all the local dealers are selling them over sticker! Thanks for stopping by!

PIPSBURGH VIEWS Awesome i’m over in Washington Township not far
I Grew up in Marlton, right next to Cherry Hill!!
Small world! My cousin is the president of the Garden State Corvette Club and he took a lot of the pictures I use on Instagram.
"Which are not only ugly, they are uncomfortable and unsupportive" Pipsburgh throwing shade lol
The seats were VERY underwhelming! They should have just used the stock Recaros.
Nice sound!
Mustang GT w 6 speed, or spring for the bullitt if you can! or the Focus RS, but that’s AWD i think.
Thanks for your input, I like all those choices!
Infiniti G37 coupe with a 6 speed manual transmission
Miguel Gonzalez I looked for one of those for 6 months a while back but could not find a good specimen.
Suggestion for your new car:
Kia Stinger GT, yes, it's an automatic but it's not another mustang/camaro/bmw/audi/mercedes on the road
I really like the looks of the Stinger just not too keen on KIA yet but it may be worth a look. Thanks for your input and checking out the channel!

Your description of older KIAs are spot on but they have definitely have come a long way!
Great video Brian. Awesome sound. All the glitter isn’t gold the cars not for me I’d rather buy a stock car. Fantastic channel my friend thanks for sharing.
Thanks Steve!
Just saw mike’s video.. you should get a Kia Stinger or used Lexus IS-F or Pontiac G8 GXP or Chevy SS
Unfortunately, the Stinger and IS-F are auto trans only. My cousin had a GPX and it was pretty sweet.
Thanks for stopping by and giving your input!
lets see the Edge ST review
04corvetteguy hopefully we will have one this week!

Still for sale? How many miles?
Sorry, it sold a while back.
@@PIPSBURGHVIEWS That's cool, thanks for the reply and if you get in a low mileage 2014 ish hit me up.
Mike will do!
Just saw the auto vlog video! You should get a Chevy ss not a Camaro but an actual ss
You are the fourth person that has mentioned the SS. I am just not that into it. Thanks for your input!
who is from autovlogs
ALL SHOW, NO GO!!! :( At least all it needs is a tune)
You did a great job! ...... unfortunately it's a pretty unimpressive car.
You should get a Chevy SS
I think that would make a sweet daily driver but I am looking for something a bit more nimble. Thanks for your input!
It wasn't worth 60K new then and its not worth 37K now either IMO. I'm sure some Roush fan will jump on it though.
I agree but someone did buy it new and we sold it used 2 weeks ago.
Toyota supra mk 4
One of the best!
Not worth half of 60K!!!!
I would have paid $30k for a new one.
Get a Nissan Z
I did do an extensive search for a RWD G37 coupe with a manual trans a few years ago but came up short. I have small children, so I am looking for something with a back seat. Thanks for your input!
If I wanted a week wacker I'd go to home Depot. Drive a Roush you'll buy it
