2022 Washington Old Timers MX - 50+ Intermediate Moto 4

Fourth moto of the 50+ Intermediate class at the 2022 Washington OTMX race in Horn Rapids Motorsports Park. It had rained overnight and there was still a light rain falling when the gate dropped. I got my best start of the weekend, almost a holeshot. Way better than motos 1, 2, and 3. Nice having clear track and not being mired in the middle or back of the pack off the start. I settled in to 4th after a few corners, dropped back to 5th a lap later, then gained one back to finish 4th. Otherwise a pretty uneventful moto and my best finish on the weekend so far.

Thanks! The old timers races are a lot of fun because there are always more vet riders than at local races. No matter where I am in the pack, I always seem to find someone to have a good battle with.
