There is no combo, Nova works on a skill priority system. You spam whatever deals the most damage and isn't on cooldown right now. Having separate cooldowns on accel skills and different flows (example: S+LMB can't be used on cooldown when in accel, but normally it can) would make anything beyond certain cancels impossible to reproduce consistently. The best tip I can give you is weave in lunge as many times as you can and cancel skills with it.
