A very delicious stew is prepared! Very healthy! Very delicious! Joyful Cook can cook! A great fourth week in October 2023 in the Pan-African food world! We are experiencing a great weather here in the New York City area at 5:30pm, sunny, 73 degrees, 6 miles per hour wind, and 47% humidity, I would love to eat this delicious meal outside in the backyard!
