Hi @Manjit Bhatia Thanks for your comment. You can add a reseller by navigating to the Preferences > MDM Server Assignment. Click edit next to Customer Numbers then enter the reseller ID you have.

Thanks for your comment Rohit. I believe Apple require that you setup a new Managed Apple ID as part of the enrollment process for Apple Business Manager rather than reusing an existing Apple ID. So in short, no, you must create a new Apple account for Apple Business Manager. Hope this helps.

How to add reseller in apple business manger

It is possible to link ABM to Azure AD for managed appleid binding or link SCIM to Azure AD for full account management.
