You have explained everything in detail, but you have not mentioned anything about the plebiscite which was committed to the Kashmiris and never conducted there by the Government.
usman khan pre requisite for plebiscite is for Pakistan to withdraw its troops. Also, demography of Kashmir has been changed by pushing out Kashmiri Pandits. So stop ✋ blaming Indian government.

No. That is false info. When terrorists are neutralised, some civilians are also affected. It is a war zone. Also there is 100 times more civilian human rights violation on Pakistan occupied Kashmir. Also, they are changing demography of Kashmir by chasing out Kashmiri pundits (burning houses and killing them).
