Petrified Fish delivers so of the best value, that they’re using 154cm is fantastic-I love the toothiness of that steel. 300-600 grit sawtooth edge 😁. Great looking knife, thanks JB!
I realize that I am a 'budget' knife sort of guy... and I have developed a 'taste' for PF's line of sturdy, well crafted, attractive and well priced folders. I have the Morris in green/black and just purchased my second one- red/grey. It was my first front flipper and, like the commenter below says, a bit 'tricky' to master but once you learn where to place your thumb it works well. I really like 'fidgeting' with this one. The PF Viking has also caught my eye. The variety and quality of all those under $100 flippers is a fun adventure for me. Needless to say i've collected a few more than I really can use.....
The code reads: this one looks even better in the red/black version! Or my name isn't Marconi. The bladeplay could just be your knife only, but it is rare. Pretty lightweight option to carry. Thank you JB.
Interesting knife. Ill stick with my P.F. scholar 154cm in desert ironwood for about the same price. The fact that it comes with a pouch is pretty cool!
@BigRedEDC yeah. Now, granted, I've only seen a couple other reviews, but I remember it struck me as odd that it wasn't mentioned. Morse code was the first thing I thought of when I saw this knife, even before I knew its name. And for the record, I don't know Morse code at all lol. Great videos btw!
brotha jb, love the black color n blade type , very gentelman's type persay huh ? , great vid , your knowledge is off the charts bro, really enjoy em , thanks n keep em coming > tom !
I read (NEC SPE). In Latin it means without hope.
The back says (NEC METU), which means without fear.
Very interesting. Wasnt thinking Latin at all!
Very creative
This knife with thumbstuds is phenomenal
👍👍👍👍
Very nice, if a bit pointier than I normally carry. I love a good front flipper. They can be touchy. This one looks like it's well tuned.
Thanks as always Grom

Right on ElCap! They are definitely high on my list of budget knives
Upgraded steel, blade shape, slim style. I like it! Thanks for showing this one. Hope you're having a good time!
Definitely am! Thanks so much!

Right on! Glad you like them
Yes 154CM is one of my favorite budget steels. Seems like the usual high quality manufacturing we have come to expect from PF. I like it.
It's definitely solid TD!
Oh loving the steel upgrade and pouch! Great upgrades! Thanks for sharing JB
For sure Tim! Thanks for watching!
Had to rewind, turn up the speakers and listen again. Yep, can hear the frogs. Very cool!
LOL....they sing to me while I record my videos!
PF always has interesting designs I don’t always like them but this one is a home run for me and 154CM is a pleasant surprise thanks for sharing JB
Awesome Grim! Thanks so much

Really like the blade shape, the blade steel, the slim design and especially the deep carry clip. I think it is a great choice for the price.

Interesting PF design, very st4bby daggery looking, I like it.
Awesome Gman
Slim and sleek! Great review brother 👍
Yes it is!! Thanks brother!
This is the first review of this knife that I've seen where the reviewer makes the connection between the name of the knife and the handle design.
Really!?!?

I like it. Looks nice. I really do like a lot of stuff Petrified fish puts out.👍🇺🇲🤙🇺🇲✌️🍻
I do as well Richard!
The one scale says nec spe and the other scale says nec metu... it means neither hope nor fear
Thanks!👍👍👍
Cool knife and review JB , thanks for sharing , God bless brother !
Have a blessed day Michael
A front flipper JB likes! I'm glad I'm sitting down. I'll be looking for you tomorrow.
There are a few I like!
@@BigRedEDC I have an Ekko. Love it
@@bigjim55able Ekko is pretty good
Very cool pouch.
Nice one for sure!
Lol. They just put random Morse on there 😂. Wow PF. They could have done some homework and put a cool message or something on there.
It says nec spe which sounds like it may be old English. It's apparently a Latin phrase. Without hope
Without fear.
@@rickyricardo3551 ahhhhh ok. Thanks
Great video JB!
Thanks Randy
Nice pf. Great video
Thanks so much!
Another nice one
Thanks Kevin
As crazy as it sounds a lot of knives. Even though I hate the action of this knife it actually feels the most comfortable in hand.

Nice slim profile, should dissappear in the trousers. Nice JB.
Carries very well!
Interesting knife. Read the answer also interesting.
I was not expecting Latin!
👍🏻🔥
I like the better steal on this. Nice.
Right on Shamus!
It says Made in China!😂😂
Maybe so
@@BigRedEDC Nice video!! Trying to decide between black and red or all black 👍🏾
Morse mess with your mind. I don't think it makes scenes 🤔☕️✌️
Apparently it does....in Latin!
S. O. S. 😂
I actually know that one!
Nec spe nec metu. Latin for “without fear, without hope”.
Thanks for watching
